Simply install the Spectrum Tracking app on your phone, and invite your family. Once registered, each member appears on the navigational map so you’ll know exactly where they are. No need to send annoying “Where are your?” texts to check location, the Spectrum Family Locator puts this information at your fingertips.
Our user friendly app enables you to

✅ Set up alarm to receive real time alerts when your teenager is speeding.

Please note, for the first time to use the app you need to walk with the phone outside the building for 5-10 for the GPS to find your location. Walking inside a building may not get your gps location.
✅ You need to give the app permission to use your phone location.
✅ You can turn off the phone locator from the setting menu.
✅ You can change the time interval to update location. A faster upload will use more battery.
If you child does not have a phone you can use a Spectrum Smart OBD2 GPS tracker or a Spectrum Smart Portable GPS tracker.

I hate to do this but I have been waiting for ST to get the system together but despite all the upgrades and boards that they done I still been having a lot off issues with it, for example 1- way of tracking, 2- late messages, 3- erratic miss information special with car starting, turn off and stops that never happen, 4- freeze frames.
This app has improved greatly since its inception. Clearly, the developer cares about their customers. I have worked with them to report bugs and they have worked diligently to fix any issues that I faced on any platform. Kudos to them for the awesome support.
Doesn't wrk anymore I've contacted customer service tried what they've suggested and still getting nowhere. Authentication token is expired is the message that keeps popping up. Customer service is no help it's been a mth since I've had access thanks to the migrate.
Works well. I don't like that when in monitor mode, NORTH does not stay at the top of the screen and changes often. It's annoying. I hope this will change.
so disappointed, will not auto renew my trucks even tho I update the account every month, I complain to spectrum, they are no help, here today 11/2/19 shows loiusville on the GPS even tho I do not need to renew till 11/7.. I usally send an email for help but this time i have to let the world know this customer is nit a happy camper.
does exactly what it's supposed to do, easy plug-n-play, I had some questions and customer service was exceptionally responsive through email even over the weekend

This app is terrible. It got a little better a month ago but now keeps crashing. The web view doesn't work either. You can't see the whole screen and it's absolutely unintuitive to use. Very confusing and hard to keep track of anything. If all you want is live location then it's OK but the reporting and replays are useless. The mapping is so confusing its pointless. Going to try some other trackers but so far they are all these same, built by non-English speakers who don't use GPS for anything.
