Still getting the message it's updating for the past 6 month . LoopYou've arrived home ,oh really I hadn't noticed , won't tell me that the kids have left school until they arrive in the sitting room which is very helpful ,100 notifications in 3 days to tell me my wife bought the premium version , which I can't turn off . Brilliant, keep up the good work

Wow, where to start... The app has been updating for half a day now. Must be a great update with lots of new features! The badge icon due to the never ending update is annoying though as I think there is a message when I see it. Well, I'll just use the in app feedback button to send feedback. Nope. Doesn't work. Sends me to a page asking me to "share with friends". Ok, I'll go to the company website and submit feedback that way! Problem solved right? Sadly, no. The contact and support tab has no contact info or links! Must be an oversight due to the large update I've been receiving all day. All right then, I'll just search the rest of the site - there must be an email address somewhere... Success! I found an email address. Ok, I've written my concerns and viewpoints and sent the email. Oh oh.... the email address I copied and pasted from the site got bounced back - invalid email.... It appears these guys are in over their heads. The app is a bit clunky. It also does not work all the time, as other apps do. And there is absolutely no way to contact customer service. I do not recommend this app.
Cannot use this as it keeps telling me to turn off battery optimisation. I have done this, multiple times, checked every app in my phone to make sure I don't have the battery saver ones as per instructions in the app. The app has permission to run as it needs to but the message is still on my profile. Tried to contact you through your page and there was nothing on the contact support page. I've spent over an hour trying to fix this but am going with another app.
A wonderful app, most of the time. I went through an annoying period where Familo would refuse to work if I didn't have my wireless turned on. If I'm working too far from a router it does nothing but drain my battery (and my battery life is already too short). Also, I now get constant notices telling me to turn off battery optimization for my phone. My phone claims that it's turned off. However, this program has literally been a life-saver. This really is a wonderful app. Thank you so much!
As soon as the app was downloaded and opened, I was indeed prompted to pay $1.49 for the first 3 days and subsequently $34.98 monthly. I immediately uninstall it! LOL
This is the only app that works for my lifestyle, and has been working, up until the latest update... I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I keep getting the same "Just updating for the best experience" notification. I can't seem to silence it without silencing my phone entirely, which is NOT an option (emergencies). It's waking me up at night and interrupting/getting me in trouble several times an hour, all day. What happened? Help!
DON'T DO IT! Worst family tracker EVER!! I looked thru many family locator apps and chose this one bc of the # of stars in the reviews and the features it claimed to have. However, it never really worked. It kept saying i needed to do something with the battery optimization even though I've already done it. I emailed the developers and never heard back. I made the mistake of paying for a 3-mo. subscription and wanted to cancel within less than a week but they won't refund my money.
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. £20 a month?! It's not worth it. I have to login every time and then check my email for a confirmation code. Forget it. Waste of time!
This app is terrible. No way to get your money back. The worst ever to cancel. DONT SUBSCRIBE!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL
Your app is terrible! Please I demand my two months deductions ! I have not even used the app yet! I would be disappointed if I'm not refunded.

A waste of bundle! Basically I couldn't set up because I didn't have an invitation code to a group.
When it works it's good but I find that even with only myself and my partner using the app it regularly will stop updating if the other user hasn't opened the app recently even if you allow it to run in your background settings and almost every time I open the app it makes me go back through some initial set ups like associating a phone number etc and it's pretty annoying. I started using a different app due to this and it just doesn't have the same issues at all. Shame because the app is good.
I paid just now the bank took money from m6 account but the app keeps telling me error over and over again. This is not comfortable How can get my money back or dose this app really works?
Initial installation was good; it takes a while to locate some members but accurate for the most part, until recently. It keeps showing on the phone "app is updating" - very annoying. Please fix this bug or I might have to uninstall it and find something that works.

Was working ok before, but since few months it doesn't locate family members accurately anymore and gives constantly the message "updating". Since I need an functioning locator I'll uninstall if that isn't fixed soon. Update 1 month later it's even worse. We synchronize before one of the family mem6leave the house, 10 min later familonet can't find them anymore. No use for us anymore! 🙁
I really hate this app. Why do most of the apps do that,always demanding for money in addition to that after paying you are going to use data again. What a waste of data. I will give it one star because am really pissed
