Very easy to see balance, transfer money, and very simple to navigate through the whole banking process. Love it
I love it best app ever and can look at whatever I need to and find out anything and everything. It's a good bank to have they are really great and sweet . Customer service is awesome as well. They get things done the right way and on time
I've been with you all for 20 plus years and I never had a problem customer service is excellent every time I needed a question answered I received good feedback every time something go wrong with my account you all make sure that I know what's going on with it thank you for taking care of me on that note.But you are like family and I appreciate you guy's very much I thank you for being there for me and keeping my account secured you are awesome I thank you.
I love FSCU, been with them for over a decade. I no longer live near a branch, so I use the app for deposits, but the deposit feature is fickle & randomly wont work (app freezes during back of check photo & wont save, preventing deposit from submitting). Ive troubleshooted multiple times (restarting, reinstalling, etc) & service requests just have me doing the same & they deny knowledge of any issue. Its frustrating losing out on interest each day I cant deposit, I may be forced to switch banks:(
Just always there for me. Only thing I don't like is when I have money in savings they don't take when I have a over draft knowing the money there. I shouldn't have a covey fee when I have money in the bank for online banking
Can't customize order in which search criteria is displayed (by x then by y then by z). Searches for check numbers are not in order. No way to print out statements easily. There are a bunch of strange formats. No simple .pdf! Who was the idiot that came up with the idea not to offer a pdf version?! There are often updates but no changes to the app. Sick of ads!
The developers did a great job with this app! Navigation is easy, and it responds quickly. Very glad that I downloaded it. It's very easy to use!👍👏👏👏👍
Been with family savings for about 10 years now. Great bank with a easy and simple to use app. Best part is they dont charge fees like a lot of these big banks do.

Wasn't hard to setup, I already had my banking info so I just had to give it when the app asks for it. For those that don't have a user name and password, it's a little more involved but once it's setup, very easy to check anything you need to.
I have done my banking with this organization for many years and have always been treated with courtesy, respect, and pleasantness. I don't think I will ever change this relationship or cancel it because they are great.

I've always deposited the same money orders through your mobile app and have never had any problems. As of about 3 mo the ago, your app no longer recognises the images of the money orders, even though I've deposited literally 52 a year for years without problems.the app claims it cant see the amount, but it's printed very clearly. I live in Canton, Ga and the closest family savings in Cartersville 20 miles away. Please fix this before I switch banks! Customer for more than 7 years
Well rounded on functionality. Does the basics well. The UI could be a little less rigid. Red is a horrible color for the app given the company's colors are more blue...
This app does not load in Android 12 Beta 2.1 I would have sent an email directly to the developer but Gmail and outlook is t working at the moment either. With a stable version of Android the app worked great. So 4 stars it is.
Fast, easy, accurate. * EDIT- This app wants access to make calls & access to my photos. Why? I don't need FSCU app to call anyone or take pictures. Too many permissions so I'll just delete it.
I had an issue with the app since the Android pie update. I tried to reach my local branch but was on eternal hold. Same with the corporate branch. Never actually got to speak with a person so I decided to send a PM on the FB page. I rec'd an immediate response and was told when the problem was corrected they would message me back. I rec'd a message today that it was fixed. Yay, thanks so much & just as promised. I suggest a PM until they get someone to answer the phones and that's ok by me.

Moved my account here when my previous credit union wouldn't finance a diesel truck because of mileage, no exceptions. Have been with them for several years and am pleased. Only down sides are limits on amount of payment total and recurring payments through app, must use website.
I have nothing but praise for the staff at the RBC branch, always kind ,thoughtful and helpful when you go in or call in.
When I try the app it always saids "Can Not Complete Try Again" I have tried over and over to uninstall and reinstall it over and over again. I don't know what happened it use to work about 3 months ago.
I like it well. I just wish i could see the image of my cards, i want to see all the numbers on my card please.
Adding this review for more visibility. Also getting 'unable to complete request' on login attempt. Cleared cache and storage. Unusable at a time where it's most important.
Easy online banking! Easier then most. Nothing at all complicating and what i love the most is tht it's not crowded with a bunch of information, just what's necessary to get in and get out. Love it!
I use to never have an issue with this app, but I believe with one of the most recent updates, starting in February, I have been unable to login to my account on my phone, but my wife still has access so not sure what the issue is. But when it was working, great app! Wish it had access to show your account numbers within the app though.
