Family Trust Mobile Banking

The app used to be amazing! I had no trouble whatsoever when it came to depositing checks and whatnot. In one of the updates, the check deposit changed to some sort of "take the photo for you" and it makes it impossible to deposit checks! I've deleted the app and re-downloaded it, made sure it was up to date, and even used a BLACK background to deposit my check. It seems that it can't read the information because its a work check, not a personal one. Very upset with the app now!

Worst app! Very disappointed with this app. It never works right. I constantly have to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work. I left my 1st complaint on 12/11/19, and it looks like the app was updated, and it seemed to have improved, but only for a short while. It still has the same issues

Newest update the app won't even load anything it says can't load accounts the reloads to a "reached an unexpected error" page before closing out and not being able to reopen it without restarting your phone then repeats. I can't access my account at all on the app anymore.

My Family Trust app is very convenient for me. I am disabled and do not drive most of the time. Therefore Banking online is my most-used option. Family Trust gives me financial news, options to transfer, options to make payments online, options for loan payments, options for Investments, and much more. I have been banking with Family Trust for approximately 30 years this was a wonderful addition for me.

Easy to use and great interface. Is easy to add others bank and makes transactions.

I am able to pay bills, make transfers, and handle almost everything associated with my accounts via the app. It has definitely improved over the years!

I love the app because if I'm out shopping and unsure of how much I have in my account, I can just open the app and see. It has saved me from paying overdraft fees many times!

Why does it not remember my device? Even after checking it. Really need to check account but stuck in verification because exiting the app force me back to beginning process which i have to go out to check for number.

I have had to report feedback due to this app stopping as soon as I've tried to open it 4 times today alone. This problem has been ongoing for 2 months, even with uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Works as intended. Occasionally, the "Snap-shot" feature for Account balance does not always reflect your current, real-time available balance.

Asks for a text code each time very frustrating. I have updated the app which was the excuse last time. No update, asks to rename my device, I did, it says it exists!! Well if it exists then why on earth do you ask me for a security code text then??!!

Family Trust has been there for me. When I had a low credit score they helped and saved me around $5000. Mobile banking is the best way to get things needed without leaving your home. If you haven't downloaded the app please do. You will be glad you did. All you need is at your fingertips.

Seems this app is broken for mobile deposit on Android phones for work type checks at least. Coworkers with iPhone had no trouble but those of us with androids all get the same error. Says it can't read the act number on the bottom of check. Doesn't matter whT we do its not going to accept the check

Everytime I try to open app it closes have made reports and it still doesn't work been going on for about a month now..😞 Really need the app to keep up with things!

Family Trust has the best app for mobile banking. Easy to transfer monies from savings to checking and pay your bills all on this app! Wonderful customer service if you have any problems!

It's always slow and it never wants to load to the login screen it will not even let me use the app it opens up and then shuts down saying app does not work

Excellent, everything i expected plus more. It's well laid out and easy to use with lots of features.

Convenient but it drains my battery like crazy. Had to uninstall because it used 40% of my battery in one day! Legitimately ridiculous considering how i pretty much need it to keep track of my money.

I love Family Trust Mobile App. It's so convenient. I Can check my Balance at any moment. Apply for a loan or credit card very quickly.

Great App!!! I love how it shows your balance now without signing in...they always trying to make life easier!! The app is almost as Great as my Clover S.C. branch!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

The app isn't bad. But it needs work. Example I'm never 100% sure how much money is in my account. The app doesn't always calculate correctly.

fantastic app! you can do just about anything you need to do from depositing checks to transferring funds. Very pleased with Family Trust!

I appreciate the set up and the functionality of this app. Pretty much, you can do anything you need to do except dispense money into your hand. Well done.

It's great especially when I am out of state and where there are no FTCU BRANCHES around. I love the deposit check, because of this.

It took me awhile to get used to this new app..n I have no probs. With it at all..they finally got the card controller part of the app up n running n I am completely satisfied with it..LOVE FAMILY TRUST

Family Trust is the best bank in Rock Hill and has been so for me since 1981. They just keep getting better and their technology easier. Thank you Family Trust.

Great app that makes for ease of access to banking needs. Only thing that would make it better is if it had access to the points on the app.

It sucks & doesn't work half the time. Laggy and usually says there's am error. Always problems logging in. It never fails.

Easy to use, i can pay my mortgage, credit card, transfer money into and out of savings, etc. Easy to keep a check on my accounts.
