Love this game. Fun and relaxing. I recently got a new phone and am unable to connect via Facebook. My team that I love so much will kick me off if I am not seen playing for 5 days. The game keeps saying "Feature unavailable: Facebook login is currently unavailable for this app... Is this temporary? I am going to unimstall this game if I cannot retrieve my progress. It's not worth starting all over again. I did ask for help in the game and still no fix
The game was fun until you run out of levels and can no longer update your zoo. I refuse to play useless levels and use Power ups for no progress in the game. It's the same levels over and over. If new levels aren't added soon I will be deleting unfortunately.
Ive been playing this game for a few years now and have enjoyed it however since last Dec there has been no increases levels and have been on one level for 3months now with no option to progress. No updates have been made and the Xmas theme is still the intro.
I thoroughly enjoy playing this game, finished all the activities/tasks on the 1st zoo and on my 2nd zoo now. Some of the levels are really challenging and can be a little frustrating at times.
I think it is real fun 😊 I like to build up the zoo and the graphics are good too. I do wish I could zoom more in to look at the animals and zoom more out to get a better overview 👍
Love this game, but the only problem I'm having since the update is that I'm watching adverts for items and I'm not getting the 3 boxes to choose everytime so watching ads for nothing, please rectify if u can. Thank you. NEW LEVELS YES PLEASE THANKYOU🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Overall at fun and highly recomendable game with a few very minor flaws that do not keep me from playing. The first is super urgent and important. The rest are annoyances. There needs to be a way to shut off animation on the game board. The flashing items in match selections and the sparkling of balloons can be helpful to people that need it, but to those of us with ADHD and other neurological disorders they can be truly disturbing. A radio button in the options section would solve this in a click and should not bee too difficult for the developer to do. Thanks. I don't really understand the Panda bank. You fill the bank so you can pay real money to get it out at a rate that is many times higher that the special you are having on buying tokens. Does the FDIC know about this one. Days take weeks in real time and at one point I was on day 3 and zap it went back to one. I play a lot, so I can only imagine that says can take months for casual players. I haven't seen that it really matters except for motivation. I find it amusing that the animals seem to walk through things and each other. Very magical and ghostly. Perfect for October.
The match 3 games are addicting, and I prefer the games where you can choose designs to your liking rather than just trekking down a path for some reason. This one is addicting, not to mention it deals with animals. Also, A lot of times I get unlimited lives for quite a while, so if I keep losing a certain level, I have plenty of time to repeat it and not lose a life. It's fairly constant. Currently I'm up to about 5 1/2 hours of unlimited life, and that's just NOW. It's frequent enough that if I stop playing the game, I know another opportunity will pop up. For those that like match 3 games, having options on how to design, and of COURSE, love animals.
This was great at first, but when it takes two or three days to get to the next level it becomes boring. There's not enough moves for the harder levels. Some levels require several things to be done with a limited amount of moves. So I am Unsubscribing to this game. Hopefully you can make each level just a little easier or give more options to receive bonuses or extra moves.
Fun to play! Lots of fun animals and jobs to do. Cute little quirks and decor. Tournaments to play and earn rewards. Some levels are very difficult, it gets harder to progress as you reach a higher level in the game. You really need boosters to help get through the higher levels for the game to be enjoyable. I do feel the games should give out more coins or charge less to keep trying on a level. Would like to be able to earn more than 1Z ticket a time. Takes awhile to finish each zoo exhibit.
This latest update is horrible!!!! I've been playing the same level for over an hour and cant pass unless I pay.....that's horrible you used to be able to play and pass on your own without having to pay!!!!! Fix that!!!!! That's ridiculous........you replied by saying every level is passable....that's a lie. I've played the same level at least a hundred times. You set the levels as difficult with such a limited number of moves to complete it. Its unrealistic. I used to really enjoy your game now its just a joke....
Warning: Very addictive! Good graphics. Love the animals. Cute story line. Challenging match 3....starts out easy & does get harder, but not impossible. Plus, I enjoy a little challenge. Haven't encountered any glitches. Just started yesterday, and every time I sit down, I'm jumping back into the game to meet my next goal.
I really wanted to like this game. After all, I'm addicted to RAID, also by Plarium, but while Family Zoo has absolutely gorgeous and adorable animations, I found it to be too overwhelming. There were so many things popping up whenever I opened the app - challenges, mini games, side games - to where I didn't know where I was in the storyline or what goal I was actually playing towards. Eventually, I had to say 'uncle' and uninstall the app.

Not updated enough, having to sit and wait for them to create more levels for weeks at a time... fun, as long as you're not too quick. Thank you for the reply, I was more referring to no new levels. I did appreciate the extra game on the side as I WAITED for new levels but even that was keeping me from the extras that you get with the parrot. Again... Great game as long as you aren't faster than the level developers.
very unhappy! Multiple times I've had to play the same level after every time I beat the level the game freezes and I have to restart the game and lose power ups! It's not my internet connection because I have full internet it's the game itself lagging and freezing, I've spent money buying power ups and lose them and my money because of this issue.
I love this game so much! It's like Homescapes, but minus that annoying butler and full of zoo animals! Unlike Wildscapes, we actually get to interact with the animals every now and then, the supporting cast is great and seem like actual humans with little quirks, the dialogue isn't too boring and bland (key word being "too"). And finally, I didn't get stuck at any particular level like I do with the Scapes games. And there are great options to earn in-game currency.
I've been playing this game for years, I do like it a lot and my zoo is looking pretty nice. Only thing is lately the game has been...not quite right? I sign in every day multiple times(thanks lockdown), but I haven't got a daily bonus in days because it counts down...then disappears? The wheel spin hasn't worked in a while either, if I'm on data or wireless it doesn't matter, it just tells me to check my internet connection-which is fine, it's just this game that's struggling.
why is the opening page of this game still showing a winter scene with Christmas presents? It's almost Easter. You creators certainly don't seem to be paying attention to this game anymore. I am more than unhappy with this. I can't make progress with Dreamland like before. Are you wanting me to quit?
A lot of fun compared to similar games! The cost for tasks stays pretty consistent so you're not paying 10 levels to sweep a floor. The story itself could use a bit of work. Found myself skipping dialog constantly and groaning in boredom when an unskippable scene happened. I really appreciate the lack of paywalls for 90% of the game and I can't remember ever enduring ads! I have to put it at the top spot for these game types!
Currently on level 3051. So says ive completed all levels ! Has there been an update that i am unable to access ? if not is there a date for new update/levels ? Thx
This game has absolutely zero autonomy (or at least in the beginning). There is a strict storyline (dialogue with no options) that you move along every minute by playing a puzzle. After hours of playing there is no change.. the most you get to do is decide what color flowers you put in the cage. That's it. Then you play another puzzle. The game COULD be fun if there were any real choices to make.
I loved that it was one of the games that despite having limited lives (which is really annoying on most games!), they were generous about winning hours of freeplay as well as prizes. since the new update, I dont even always get the daily prize when playing for the first time that day. it skips it completely and I'm fast running out of boosters to get me through hard levels. Frustrated for the first time playing this. :(
Been playing this game for a very long time. It's been fun for the most part. However, the game hasn't updated since December 2021. Constantly says "reached highest level" I keep playing the same tournament games, etc. over and over. Haven't added to zoo in months. Hoping there is an update soon. Probably would have given 4 stars if there would have been more updates.
