FamiSafe - Parental Control & Location Tracker

It would seem work at first during the free trial and stopped working after. DO NOT BUY this! I liked the app and decided to pay $60 for a year until 2 days later..the app doesn't work..it won't refresh..it keeps saying refresh failed..I can't see any data on the screen time, activity report or I can't see any notices or alerts! And it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to talk to an actual human. You can only chat online just for them to ask you to write them an email. I'm still waiting for a refund!!

Good functionality, can flag for explicit words pictures, alert if new apps are installed etc. however even with admin privileges on my kid's phone, he's able to uninstall it. it should provide an option for all texts to be reviewed, not just those flagged. Also, if a child requests for an app to be unblocked, there should be an option to do it permanently instead of for just the set period. You also can't search for apps or sort, only scroll till u find it and they're not in any order.

Is not compatible with every phone and wasn't told up front. Will not refund me when I can't even use the app. A 7 day trial period is a joke when you're just trying to figure it all out and don't realize it's not working on both phones. It worked enough to make you think it would be fine and maybe it's just not updating.

Downloaded this app yesterday. It worked perfectly up until an hour or 2 after purchasing subscription. I then had to uninstall it on my childs phone as it was so glitchy and nothing was working in real time. So I reinstalled it, and ever since the glitchyness is so bad that I cannot even limit the childs screen time, it simply won't open. I've been sat with both parent and child phone for over 3 hours trying to make it work. Bored and utterly disappointed.

It was working on the first day, but it completely stopped working on the second day. It showed on my parent account that kids phone blocked but everything is working properly and no any restrictions at all on the child"s phone! I don't know how to solve it. I updated the app, I restarted both phones but no effect at all !

This app stopped working and I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it. It won't unblock apps on my daughter's phone and it won't show me any activity on my account for either child. It also won't show any activity on my app or allow me to make any changes at all. Up until today it has worked fine but I have been messing with this for several hours and nothing! I finally had to uninstall it from my daughter's phone altogether because she could not use her phone at all.

App was great until suddenly the pin stopped working 2 weeks ago. Using the website or the app to reset it says it emails instructions, but never does. Checked my spam, deleted, everywhere. The email never comes. Contacted support 4 times to fix, and crickets. They never respond.

Great application, meets most what I'm looking for. The one excellent feature I had in Google Family Link, but missing in Famisafe is the Bonus Time... feature to grant extra time even within scheduled screen-down-time in one simple click. If that feature was there this application would deserve 5 stars.

The concept of this app is fantastic. The execution TERRIBLE. I have seen my child's phone unblocked when the app clearly shows is blocked. Sometimes, I unblocked her phone in the app but the actual phone continues to be blocked. The screan lock time showed she was using the phone when I had it in my desk without ussage for 1 hour. I trully wanted this app to work (I have the subscription)

Needed an app to secure my computer while in away from it. This works great, but if they've got half a brain on Windows they can kill the program in task manager and it'll never start. I'd ask that you add an option to just freeze the computer. But put a warning. If my PC gets stolen I'd rather it lock immediately than give the thief a chance to kill the program

i had been using this app for a year already, at the beginning it was ok, but now my child can enter to the app and go to setting and can easily uninstall the app and then activate it again after she do what she don't want me to know... before my child if enter the app it will ask for a password but now it won't. i feel so upset about it and i just purchased it for one more year... and for nothing because it cant do it main job... it is useless.

It shows the device activities. I tried to block some apps but i was able to bypass it. I tried to uninstall the app from my kids device then cancel it and then all the apps were available again. Until this cant be fixed I dont think I would purchase the full version

The screen time feature is absolutely perfect and much much better than other similar applications. I also use the YouTube security a lot.

Not just in terms of features but also the interface and customer support, famisafe is way ahead of ourpact. No point comparing the two.
