Best Shoe shopping experience ever! Great selections, Awesome prices, Amazing coupons and quick delivery. I recently suffered a foot injury so I can't get around as normal, ordering my orthopedic shoes and sandals through the app is convenient and Easy Peasy.

I liked this app at one point but now I can't even use it. It just crashes every time I try to open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. Please fix.

The app is great for shopping and looking for shoes and checking your reward status and points. BUT, whenever you try to scroll down anywhere in the app (doesn't matter what section you are on), you cannot scroll up. Trying to scroll up only reloads the page and you have to start over from where you last were when you tried to scroll up. I uninstalled this app for that simple fact and I will be using the website from now on. If they'd fix this issue, the app would be great.

I am really impressed with the speed and careful packaging of orders. The App makes it extremely easy to find what I'm looking for with few distractions and ads popping up every few pages. This APP is for customers who want to easily filter to find a certain shoe amongst a vast variety of shoe styles. Bottom Line: You will find what you want at a reasonable price, in a short amount of time! (and earn Rewards for each $$ spent)

The app is super glitchy. It scrolls and clicks on stuff by itself, and you have to go back to the home screen to switch searches. I also can not change my address on the app. I can change it at the shipping screen, but it would be nice to have it already updated when checking out.

At first this app was great, everything was smoothe and I had used it for over a year no problems. Would give it 5 stars. But now it won't even open up. When I click on the icon it just does like a blink and goes back to my home page of my phone. I've given it time... Weeks in-between trying to get it to open but still nothing. So it's now useless to have installed on my phone and that's why I give it 1 star now.

Unable to view different angles of items. Can only see first picture and the zoom quality isn't good. Also, unable to save an item in case you want to purchase it later, you'd have to scroll through the pictures again. But they do have a great selection to choose from & most of the prices are good.

I love shopping with this online app, especially since no stores are close by me. I found Sporto boots finally, and other brands I wear. Plus, able to save money and have delivered, yes, love it! The staff are wonderful and helpful as well, since I'd forgot to put in code at checkout. Thanks for such a happy shopping experience. I've since ordered a total 8 pairs.

For the most part I'm usually a patient person, I ordered my Van's last week and they are still not atleast shipped a week later. Has anyone else had a similar problem? This is my first time using the Famous Footwear app and I am not impressed.

I love this app. It's so easy to use. Al the current deals and your reward points are easy to find. The only thing I wish they would change is get off the app even for a second the app opens up to your rewards page instead of the page you were on so you have to find the shoes you were looking for all over. overall I enjoy the app. It saves me a lot of money in rewards.

App is terrible. It doesn't work. Try to login it just takes you back to the login screen.

Quick and easy. Also when I buy my shoes online it doesn't take too long to get and it the shoes don't fit its easy to just take them to a famous footwear store and then buy the right size again online. That simple!

Can't add anything to cart. If you look at a shoe then go back to shopping, it doesn't save your paramaeters. The app is buggy and glitchy and scrolls when you're trying to look at something and error messages just continuously pop up even when you're not doing anything. App is now unusable.

Items that are out of stock are available for you to add to cart. It's only when you actually try to pay when the app tells you that the item is out of stock. Easy to use but slow and clunky. At least it has my order details and keeps my points handy along with letting you know what promos they have right now.

Love this app! It runs smooth most of the time. Sometimes when you hit the back button it takes you to the top of the page when browsing. It could be kind of annoying if your in the middle or towards the end of the page. The one thing I wish it did have is a favorites tab. I would like to keep all the shoes I love in it.

App is to slow Browsing is too long its to slow i use note20 5g but still slow i try to open the other apps and they are fine.

Why is it whenever i try to sign in...after putting in my information that is correct it goes directly back to sign in screen of that stupid lady blowing confetti. Its been like this for months now. I keep hoping ill redownload it and it will start working but this is the third time over a period of months and still nothing....im greatly saddened by this as i love the deals and pick up option to a store near me. Please FIX PLEASE FIX

Updated the app and none of my saved info is there. All my order history is wiped out also..... not thrilled with new update.

I love shopping online it's easy and fast.

I have tried setting up an account twice with two different emails. Both won't allow me to have an account because the first email, apparently "something went wrong" putting the email code in & then the second email won't send me a code. So whatever. I just won't have access to shop online & won't be shopping at Famous Footwear anymore. I guess this is a scam app just to get my personal information.

I love the deals, don't get me wrong, but the app is a little twitchy, jumps around a little too much.

This is the best rewards program ever!! You get to combine coupons, rewards and sales. I don't know of any other company that allows that. The app allows easy access while shopping in the store, or at home. The rewards program has saved me hundreds of dollars. If you wear shoes, join the rewards program and get the app.

Very easy to search. And they show other items that are similar to what I searched for. It makes shopping easier n quicker. A lot of companies can't get that right on thier websites.

It's a decent shopping app, definitely better than the website. I really wish there was a way to bookmark shoes without having to share it to another app or add it to the cart. Would be best if you were able to create wish lists in order to come back to certain shoes.

Have used this app as well as have been shopping at Famous Footwear for years. No matter what, any time I need shoes for any occasion these are my two absolute go-to's! Seriously can't beat the savings I get with my Famously You Rewards Cash Coupons & especially so when I am able to pair my rewards cash up with any online savings coupons. Even better than that is when they have their BOGO or Back 2 School sales and I have rewards coupons, the savings are almost absurd. I love to shop here!

Sent me the wrong size boots, several attempts to contact them to request a prepaid return label to return them for the correct size with no success. Was told to return to a local store by the one and only response I did get. There's no famous footwear anywhere near me to return them! The boots sold out entirely. Luckily I was able to find them at Kohls at much better price just in time before Christmas got here. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again!..
