I tried to create an AWB with delivery on Saturday and the option to open the pacakge on delivery, and the form failed to validate with all kinds of wrong error messages: - that I did not specify if the product is used or new (of course I did, you can't miss this as there are two buttons and one of them is enabled by default) - the number of items is not numerical (of course it is, only a numerical keyboard shows up when filling that field, anyway) It worked on selfawb.ro when using same data.

The courier didn't show up to pick up the package. After I spoke with someone at the call center I was assured that my order will be processed next week but when I checked it was canceled. The app is horrible, the forms can't be filled properly and it is hard to use.

The worst customer experience and disappointing manner of handling it. I created an AWB for a package after failure of any contact and reaching the main office I was told that the app has assigned my request to an operator which no longer belongs to Fan Courier. Then the customer support lady has booked again my package pick-up for 4'th of December and again they failed to contact me or pick up my package. I am disappointed to the point of never trusting to request their service ever again.

keeps showing the "tutorial" and login with every restart. i dont have account and dont want to use one anyway. i just need to check the package place via awb. but its annoying to have to skip every time. its good that at least remembers the awb i used before

Data exposure issue! I logged in with my account and I am seeing another's person data in the account settings. Apart from my email address anything else is not mine. I have all the details of the other person!

Useless app, bad implemented, it took me over 10 mins to fill all the infos because its not clear what is needed and managed to finish and send for the courier. Got canceled next day for no reason. Got an email stating they had no answer on the phone but nobody contacted me.

The app doesn't work well at all, nobody to contact in order to help create an AWB ... for our city they don't even use the app

In case you have multiple AWBs created and you want to place a second order for another AWB, the order is not created. Only after exiting and re-opening the app, this is possible which is frustrating. Please ask your dev team to check this.

No confirmation link in my inbox. Tried with Gmail and gmx. No spam, nothing at all. Edit: after 7 hours I received all emails for confirmations for all addresses. I managed to login.

Good app but it's pointless. I order a courier 3 days in a row to pick up a package and he never came. I wasted 3 days to wait for him at home, but he just canceled my order because £ didn't answer at phone and he didn't called me once.

I encountered a problem when creating a self-AWB and placing an order for a courier. I create the AWB on the website. Then, I order a courier, specifying the AWB. Every info appears correctly at the "my orders" page on the website. When I check in the app however, it sees the order but says there is no AWB associated with it. What gives?

Poor, unistalled after first delivery. All the options were wrong, the money didn't went to the bank account instead came cash, the rates were higher than phone delivery, not yet ready to replace the phone delivery. Thank you !

Better to choose another company. With application is not hard to work but their service is very bad and they break the packages that people send and they don't care at all.

Waste of time. Cannot create an AWB. It gives an error, but doesn't specify where you have to change anything...

I didnt get a single call/message nor mail concerning my delivery and after one week of waiting, i find out that my things were returned.. ☠️☠️

Fast and simple courier. After I complete data of expedition on app, I called my regional courier. I met him in neighbourhood. 20 hours for delivery bacau constanta. About 400 km

It does not recognize Bucharest when adding an address, thus I can't use it

Can you please make a resume of what is to send and what is to pay after creating AWB. In this way mistakes are avoided...thanks

Totally useless! AWB status not updated.

Shittiest courier! After 10days in the warehouse they can't find my package. Don't answer phones, employees at the warehouse don't wear masks and after hours of waiting they send you home empty handed
