Edited: Its working now but still sometimes its hard to open the app. The first time I used it was smoothly good, but now it shows only blank, I refreshed it many times but still it doesn't work, FIX IT as soon as possible, we can't catch up to the voting because of it, Do it now and I will change my reviews if you FIX it!!!!!
Honestly i want to give 0 rating. So many glitches but I ignored all these but today I can't able to login via twitter account ,it says there is nothing to see here.. really what the actual hell . I logged in through twitter so I always do login through twitter that's why I don't have the password . After so many tries I thought to login through I'd but when I go to the find password option it says, a temporary password has been sended on your mentioned email id but there is not any mail! Fix it
Everything takes ages to load, if it loads properly at all. ADs tend to not start correctly so video voting doesn't work well. The app is a pain to use for voting
Hi, I really like this app. It's very easy to use and very good in terms of voting and obtaining Gpoint. However, after I updated it on 1/29/21 whenever I tried to log in, I cant. There's just a series of codes showing up. I uninstalled it and installed again. I restarted my phone but it still the same. Hope you can help me. I'll update the rating once issue has been resolve.
This app lags most of the time and now it has been down for hours on the last day of voting. The video ads that automatically add votes to artists do not work the way they are supposed to and votes keep being added to a different group from the one originally selected by the user. This behavior is very suspicious and is not expected from a voting app used for a major music awards show. I hope the app sticks to its transparent policy and work hard to fix all the problems in future.
Slow, painstakingly slow. It crashes suddenly. Sometimes it doesn't let you buy rainbow starts, just doesn't work. In the end this up just ends up being just as unfair as many other's, they don't know how to detect for clone apps. Sometimes votes seem to freeze for no reason and apparently they are awarded to other groups. It's a headache we spend lots of time and effort given to an app yet it's so badly made it just feels like it works against you.
i honestly would like to rate 0 stars if i could. complete garbage, the worst voting app ever and I'm not even talking about the ads or the voting mechanism. It's just the app that's absolutely the horrible. So slow for no reason even though I have stabile connection and have 6GB RAM. Very confusing to navigate through the app, keeps showing the wrong number of attemps and marking my mission "incomplete" eventhough I have completed everything, pop-ups (notification pop-ups, not ads) are so bad.
I've been using this app for like 3yrs and it just gets worse each year. I do not understand why they're not trying to address the slow performance of the app/site because of the additional users. It's so slow nowadays that I can barely open my account to watch 1 ad. It's frustrating and disappointing knowing that I've been using it for years. We have the TMA voting starting later but the app is still down. There has been no notice whether they're doing maintenance or the app crashes.
I just really wanted to vote but I can't login even I already reset my social media login. This is annoying.
Please fix the app sometimes it's keep loading unlimited but my internet is stable how is that possible to keep loading this app even my internet is stable please hear our the people who rate on this app please fix it
Horrible... it's extremely slow. And very primitive. And it glitches A LOT. One day you can access and other days you can't even open the app. The transaction from one thing to another takes so much time. And weirdly it works faster with some languages than the others. Like If I'm reading something in Chinese or Japanese it'll take sooooooooo much and it works like a literal sloth. If it wasn't for BTS. I'd never use it and I'll never recommend it to anyone. Really horrible.
Worst voting app I ever came across, I don't even want to rate a single star. The amount of errors, glitch occurs while operating the application. I'm barely able to open the app, neither the site works on chrome and other search engines nor the application itself works properly. Do fix this as soon as possible it's been years I'm using this application still the same. I'm so sick of this
I really wanted to vote, but the app doesnt even respond. I hope that the votes are not counted since the app is not even responding. How will people vote then? it Is constantly just stuck in a white screen when i open it with a loading blue line at the top that doesnt even progress. This feels like a laggy website rather than an app.

The app is lingering like hell !! What's the issue?? We have to and want to vote for our idols, but we can't because of this technical issue or whatever you want to call it, but it's definitely annoying, it's making a user lose patience. It's not good at all. Kindly make sure to fix the issue as soon as possible so we(fans) can vote for our idols properly. I've installed the app and the app is not even opening, and just keep downloading,it's second day of mine waiting for the app to work .
I've been using this app for 3 weeks now and I have encountered glitches and lags. Voting is so hard as I tried to collect stars and gpoints. This is really frustrating as I'm trying to support one of my favorite artist who is already in the tier of the top 3. The time is wasting so much even just watching ads. My collection and of stars and gpoints would not even register. I'm fed up of this challenge collecting nothing everyday. Thank you for making the worst app ever.
The interface is so bad and it's hard to log in. I had already sign in, but when I try to log in with Google and it only goes to sign in... Also, it loads so long. When I want to find my id, it's gives an answer but in Korean and when I tried to switch to English, it just goes to the main page. I hope you will correct it, because it's an important app, isn't it?
Absolutely laggy. Downloaded so I can vote for TFMA but it's so frustrating to use. The app doesn't even open properly sometimes. I hope the developers take another look at the app and fix it. There's way too many ads on the articles, as well. If you're using this to vote for TFMA, have a lot of patience.
Fix the problem with time event!! Trying from yesterday but we can't collect time event cuz there is none?? Fix this issue as soon as possible

Not a user-friendly app. Lags way too many times. With every click, it needs to load the page. Waiting time in loading every page is so frustrating. This does not make it easy for the fans to vote for their idols. So much improvement to make.
The app is so laggy. Anything you want to open takes so much time. The layout is messy too. The ads don't load well either. The entire situation to level up makes no sense either. Worst experience in all voting apps out there.
First of all, thank you for creating this app where we can gather around the world. It's a good app really. But it's like just a usual website, for example loading information. It's okay actually but it's so laggy and make some of us more impatient. The interface are good but not good enough. Easy to understand but it's like not too profesional. Please fix it, thank you and fighting! 😊
I've noticed that l don't always get the reward when l play the time event (blue clock) It tells me l have successfully acquired the stars etc but when l play the second time event in the evening, l don't get the g points because it says l did not play the first time event. This has been happening a lot. I know this because l've been double checking after playing the time event. What's going on? Please fix this!
