My experience is not very good. I sent the FANATIZ people the issues I had with the App, they replied very politely but they did nothing to address my complains. The operation via the PC is very good, but the application that they have developed for Android leaves much to be desired. One of the problems the app have is that sometimes to navigate the site one needs to use the remote control like an air mouse and other times using the arrow keys on the Android and you never know what to do

Image quality is good for an app. Fanatiz though needs to fix the remember your login and password in the same device issues. I have to login everytime if I don't watch for a week, which is a major pain compared to other apps, which don't have such an issue with google assist. I am getting annoyed with the continuous login requests each weekend. It's the same device and same location, remember it.

The App on my TVis been acting up for the longest time, every time I press on a game, it sends me back to the las screen showing an error message, it does this for about 4 to 7 times until Finally starts playing, also the other day I was trying to watch the Boca match for the Libertadores and it wasn't even in the list for upcoming games, what is going on there in the administration????

App can't cast to Google chrome for more than 5 minutes without crashing. Even when it doesn't the quality is just terrible. Good value when working, but doesn't work enough to be valuable. Looking elsewhere ****UPDATE**** CANCELED subscription. Never worked. They wanted me to wipe my phone and retry just to get it to cast to Google chromecast device. Only used it for PSG. Waste. Switching to fubo or sling I guess.

Works just fine most of the times, but on occasion it is just impossible to watch a match, keeps giving video error every few seconds so you have to go back to 'home' and click 'play' again, only to get the same error another few seconds in. Tried on my Samsung Tv and on my phone, both giving errors

Got it to watch CAF on BeInSports and it fails to stream for more than 1 minute at a time before freezing. Really broken website too, couldn't click the 'finish' payment button in Chrome browser but got it to work in Safari. Flat out doesn't work properly, not worth paying for until it is fully functional.

Nice app when you're a fan of South American football. Would be more user friendly if it had search option rather than having to scroll all the way down to watch games from a few weeks/months ago.

On the big games everything works just fine, but on the smaller local games it hardly works. I get an error that reads, this file cannot be played, error code 303200 every 30 seconds or so

Works well for Argentine soccer and Copa Libertadores. The few times there were streaming errors, customer service was very quick to respond through Twitter and address the issue. Simple points of improvements: 1) Requiring log-in every time is excessive; 2) Why doesn't it work in landscape mode on tablet outside of watching video? Especially since they force you to log in every time, leads to a lot of awkward side typing. 3) Often when logging it I"m asked to choose my favorite team, for the 10 billionth time. If I have a favorite team, stop asking that you choose one. Other than that, highly recommended and more than worth the subscription cost.

River fan in San Diego so I love this app, I don't miss the games anymore. Price is great and so is quality. My two cons are no app for smart tvs yet, and no Argentina National team games. But overall love it.

Terrible. Watching live AND on demand is slow and stops every few minutes, and to make it worst it fails and you have to load the video again.

only problem is the service is in Spanish (no English commentary) but if you are a fan of Argentina and or other South America soccer, this is the service for you. I only had buffering issues once. web site is easy to find matches that you are looking for. apple/Android apps. Roku app. I wish they had Android TV app but they do not have it yet.

The content is not well synchronized. For instance some channels like Bein sports in Spanish are almost 3 minutes behind current game time

I paid year subscription I can't see BeIN sport channels now. They couldn't fix it and they don't refund me! Bad customer service and waste of money

The matches I want to watch always freeze. I signed up to watch the Carioca championship and for the 3rd time I can't watch my club's match.

App is working well and tech team responded super quickly.. I only had to clear cache and data. Update.. cannot open app for a few days. It says ups! Something went wrong. Not good if an app you pay does not work.hope it works as it was before. ,.............. Pretty good app!.. It would be cool if it could save the games from GoalTV to watch later on demand. I mainly see brazilian and qualifier games where there is an extra charge

If you want to experience real soccer (Fútbol) get this App. I'm all about Fútbol Argentino. The most passionate Soccer in the World. Best way to watch is a good streaming device. I recommend the Roku ultra. The Roku stick or other sticks are not good it crashes all the time. Have a backup like the Chromecast in case something happens and you can quickly switch. Keep in mind the blackouts happened, but a good streaming device is the key.The Copa Libertadores was mind blowing the last two years!

Thank you so much! Been with them with free trial and now paying monthly. I wish they had a discounted yearly plan!! But that isn't enough to take a star away. Best price you can find for games in South America. Sometimes international matches and other tournaments. Best way to get my Argentinian soccer in the US. Super glad I found you. Fanatiz just keeps getting better!

A lot of problems to stream the games on tv, the application doesnt work properly. It is not my wifi, because I have 3 more applications where I stream with no problem. I hope customer service can solve the problem.

The app on the phone I get error ..while on my firestick it plays..but still have problem when I connect to the living and I got error while watching the game.. so it gets 2 stars.. when matter fix I'll update. And some games that are supposed to played thru fanatiz isn't showing.. and for an app the I paid can't even use on my phone.. that ain't good. While I use a different app and I see World Cup Elimination and lot more for free.. I feel I got ripped off.I'm still trying to open app nothing

Being able to follow Boca Juniors through all competitions has been great! The video quality is amazing and their customer service is admirable, IF you happen to have a problem with functionality and let them know they will get back to you right away and fix the problem. The addition of TyC channel is awesome!

Having a problem with the app on my galaxy s20 keep on loading and never stop, i contacted support by email and no solution yet however it works on my galaxy s10

3 major points: Android app is great, runs smooth, but unfortunately no Picture-in-Picture support. RokuTV app is rough, frame drops even on good connection, no bitrate options (e.g. Auto/720/480 toggle) Price is great for the product delivered. If you could just fix those minor inconveniences... 4/5

I'm glad they offer Google Cast (Chromecast) but not a great experience on my Android 10 phone. The video feed on TV pauses every time after cast and then get out of the app. Sometimes it disconnects from Chromecast completely. Please fix.

App constantly crashes and you have to relog in every time and put your favorite team because apparently it doesn't save it's annoying and then for some reason they try to charge me 9.99 on the app but you can get it for 7.99 on the site plus a free trial

Streams constantly skip or stop and need to be relaunched. Also, app needs to stay open in the foreground while chromecasting. Rating would increase a lot if I could chromecast while also using other apps

Does not gives an option to communicate with someone. I have been charged for the last 2 months, sent an email and no reply. Does not show an option to cancel the subscription on the app nor the website.

App stopped working. The app never goes past the loading phase... Completely unusable...

Africa is having its champions league right now. The final is next. It's disappointing to see how this app ignores Africa completely. Surely you guys should have on demand from The knockout stages at best. Africa is so insignificant for this app. This is so appalling. What is the criteria used here? Racism or merit? Beautiful app with issues though. Class issues. This is the difference between one star and four stars at best.

Have to login each time I use the app. The quality is terrible on both roku stick+ and android. Cancelled my trial and registered for bein sports for $5 on sling tv with the annual subscription. Can't beat the high quality of sling.
