I like lots about Fancy's business model, but the app has too many pain points, some of which I've mentioned in messages to Fancy's support team. I think the flaws which irritate me most are embedded in the antiquated design and layout of Shopify's platform which remains stuck in the 20th century. Apparently Team Shopify is too blinded by greedy profiteering, to focus on consumers. Fancy should migrate to a modern ecommerce platform that enables real-time user feedback.
This app is sooo good for finding cool/new/interesting stuff but the only problem is most of the stuff are usually very expensive... Tbh if u like seeing cool new stuff (specially home decorations, furniture,...) its a really good app even if you dont want to buy anything
Ever since the update the products have been terrible and the app is hard to navigate. I've been using the app since 2013/2014ish and I'm ready to delete it.
App isn't opening.. keep getting stuck at starting page, uninstalled and reinstalled but same issue!!
Used to be awesome. I used to find perfect gift ideas for friends and family. Recently though it's as if all the products are disappearing. For example, if I search "kids" I get like 15 maybe 20 product results... that's it. What happened to Fancy?
Fancy is an awesome shopping app. They have things I cant find anywhere else. Its fun just to look at all of the odd and fun things they have and I always get my orders very fast. I love shopping here
Worked great for a long time but I'm no longer receiving me product listings. Maybe three weeks and still seeing the same listings. I reached out to their tech support and heard nothing back.
Ordered a coffee cup for $15 plus shipping. When I received it, there was a Pier One Imports sticker on the bottom for $6. If I'm going to to get ripped off, I'd prefer to NOT have it put right in my face!
Not sure how reputable some of the sellers are yet but if you enjoy online windowshopping to act as a visual aid for daydreaming youll love this app. japan trend shop products literally changed my life i cant wait to buy some. and not everything is pricey plenty of items are affordable and they have big discounts sometimes
I agree with what I'm reading, this apps layout and products looked so much better before, what happened? I recommend trying touch of modern for those vibes and products that fancy used to have
This app is fraud you cant trust, i have ordered some stuff and they didnt send them to me. BE CAREFUL. Support is very bad and no body can help you or return back your money. STAY CLEAR!
Just updated and now i cant even log in. So i now have 2 accounts with cool stuff i was slowly buying that i dont remember the pw to to log in. So i have no idea what the update is like. Im not going to bother making a new account🤷‍♂️ i have like 3 other apps like this on my phone
What happened to this app? I used to look through this for years drooling over the gorgeous creations. Looks like some cheap and tacky website now, layout and asthetic is terrible.

What happened? Looks like a totally different app from before. Has logged me out. All my saved items have gone without warning. Awful. Uninstalling.
unable to see my whole wishlist in the app, it only shows a few recently added items. Is it an app glitch or am I missing something here.
Not sure why the Facebook login was removed, nor why layout was changed, nor why it's a tad slower now. It was perfectly fine before?
I don't trust this app, I already tried to bought some goods and till today I don't get it since December 2018!, I contacted the seller and fancy customer service and still no response, for me this app I could conceder a gateway for money theft.
I'm also extremely upset that they changed the logo and experience, I can no longer get on and my page had 700 photos.
the company is ok for finding new items but wish it was a little faster with customer service response changed my rating from1 to 3 stars do to how they handled the issue when they did respond
WOW!! I'm so impressed by Fancy latest update. They are so many nice products to chose from. The UIs is so nice.
love it but the prices are not so convenient , but ! five stars because you can find so much stuff of design
App updated, i can no longer log in, and i have lost credit...
pictures and videos are not loading properly , it has been like that since I have installed it
I love the Fancy store! you can find anything and everything your heart desires
They have not shipped the item ordered by me and have not refunded me on my previously cancelled purchase

Best shopping app for unique items
The new update destroys the experience. I had my login linked to FB but they removed that option in their latest update and now even forgot password doesn't work. I mean who takes such decisions at Fancy? The new UX is quite slow to load, the selection is extremely small. Destroyed a perfectly good app.
