Fancy Switcher

Never thought I'd replace a switcher on Android unless it was through Xposed but this one changed my mind. Works faster if launched directly via gravitybox or other navbar tweak than its own native way of replacement though, given the way I use it. Wish OEMs would give choice of recent switching method after having this.

I'ved switch from a custom ROM which is based on Lollipop, I heard that they already ditched the recent app in 5.0.1, so whenever I holdpress the home button, it doesn't show up. Thanks to this app, I can now made sure that they are not running in background and I can quickly switch to other app, great UI too. Kudos devs.

Loved it! Works flawlessly! Except for the occasional force close. I would definitely pay money for this app but my device is due for lollipop soon and apparently lollipop disabled the ability for apps to read running apps and information so its not worth it to pay for it for only a month or so... :( but otherwise this is one of the VERY FEW Apps I would actually pay money for.

I downloaded because i broke my S5 and got a hand me down S3 and was going crazy because it look3d so much like S5 but with different functionality. The task switcher was a major factor, and Fancy Switcher helps. It cant separate my Chrome tabs like Lollipop, but visually it helps greatly

There is a app "Setup" that keep coming whenever it close, i need to turn off "show recent apps" to make it gone, but i like to keep it. The beta override is working but when i press the switcher and then press it again the switcher not closing which should be. Good job anyway!

It has some issues like it doesn't kill the apps when I swiped which is alone bummer for me, also out wants to much money for iap and it is buggy etc etc. I think developer stil needs to do more work on this app...

I have a problem, so this is it am in an app when I open fancy switcher recent panel to scroll through the app that are in the ram, say I want to exit the fancy switcher recent panel when I tap on the background, the fancy switcher recent panel and the app an currently in closes altogether. Please fix this issue to make tapping on the background close only the fancy switcher recent panel. Thank you. I welcome a response and follow up.

I do like this app, but it seems fairly buggy and laggy. Takes a second out two to come on, and doesn't replace the native switcher, even when selected to do so in the settings. Hope you can fix these two issues and will bump up to five starts. Great job though!

Lolipop theme is crashing away, each time i on the switcher... Plz get that fixed... Again , even though i have closed all the apps. But the icons still persists. Get them fixed and i shall give u 5 stars

It's really good app but the lollipop style crashes the app... I would give 5 stars when ypu fix that

Another way to add some Lollipop features to a KitKat phone. The setup is a bit tricky; I used an article to help me set it up. I'd like if the tabs were brighter when scrolling through recent apps. They're dimmed for some reason. But the big issue I'd like addressed is the lag. Press a button for recent apps and be prepared to wait a few seconds for anything to happen.

It looks great and I was really excited to use it but as soon as I tried scrolling through the recent apps it made my phone lag like crazy, even after I exited the application. Edit: much, much better

Very laggy. Whenever I click the recent apps button it takes between 2-5 seconds for it to load up. Other than that it's a good app. Please fix

This is the best ever app switcher I have used and it has become nearly impossible for me to complete my work without it.

My main wish is that it could be sped up some on its inconsistent load times. :-)

fast to switch between 2 apps. Home button takes directly to desktop thus need not to press back button again and again.

I would like to give this app *****. But it force closes when I run with the Lollipop theme which was one of the factors in getting it. There also is a very perceptible lag when opening the recent app view. Please fix these issues. I know Lollipop is coming but I root and use custom ROMs frequently so I will support the Dev.

Only problem is it is kinda slow. 4 second wait to launch an app from Android L recent app mode is way too slow. It should be instantaneous.

Developer didn't respond after sale and bad customer service. No reply to email either

I love how you can over-ride the default task manager but it's slow. It makes simply switching between two apps annoying and makes me want to throw my phone.

Idea is awesome.. I love the Webos look and the horizontal scroll however the app lags when made to the default switcher.. Before loading it displays all currently open apps.. Wish the apps would disappear when closed.

Just crashing over and over when i'm change it into lollipop style. Works fine in other themes. Fix this bug please

The stop is great but come on I have to at least 3 dollars for a WALLPAPER!!!! And the whole over riding original task switcher is cool but it doesn't delete apps till about 10 minutes after I dismiss it. Good start but bad finish.

When the app displays the recent apps and wen I click on it, most of the time it doesn't open the specific app hangs on ...

Adds the 3d task manager that some Android phones didn't get from Lollipop like the Note 2. However, it does have more cool features, effects and option. Well done!

The downfall is that opened applications cannot be cleared.. Even after clearing it... Another press on home key..all cleared app shows up again in recent panel... Fix and am rating 5 stars
