The ability to see how mucha contest is winning or not the way it works on web is a sorely needed feature. In addition after the March 7th update the app has been crashing with extremely high frequency.
I've been using FanDuel since 2014. I usually play the MLB fantasy. However, I can't even click on MLB anymore. The app keeps on failing over and over and over and over and over. I don't know what happened to FanDuel, but reading some of the comments underneath, has steered me to think that they have really lost their niche of performing a adequate job. I hope this doesn't continue.
I have learned a tremendous amount of information on stats, players, etc. I am really enjoying myself and can now understand and continue conversations and pools more in depth. I love it!
Trash support. I simply need to remove my PayPal account from my profile. You can't do so without contacting support. This wouldn't be a big deal if support actually responded with some sort of help. You can't call them. You only get chats in the app that doesn't work well at all. But you want me to spend my money here? If I could give zero stars I would.
overall great app... I am extremely happy with all the different sports they have to choose from and the selection to pick where u want to take ur chances on... the updates about the players and drivers are up to the current minute so it's nice beings there are certain risk factors and this company/app takes that into account fir its users best interest... amazing contests and the pay from contests are always on time and paid so don't let anybody tell u different!!! STAND UP APP...
Wensday night Swat contest- you all gave me a Free Voucher and I just tried to fill it out and the contest is full, so my question is how am I supposed to get a Free Voucher if the Contest is full? How is that fair to me when it's not even 7:30pm yet and I've still got time to fill it out? You guys should have canceled the Voucher if you knew the contest was full!
I prefer FanDuel for DFS play because it is simply easier to use than the other options. I do wish that more single entry and limited entry tournaments were available for small bankrolls (i.e. $1-$5 entries), but overall FanDuel is the best way to play DFS.
I love fantasy sports and I love this App! Best promotions, best player pricing, best structured games. I use this App daily for real money and I've never, ever, had an issue. This is the App you want for fantasy gaming, period!
Crashes everytime I open up my lineup to change it or look at leaderboard. I contacted support and they said there is not a major issue with it. I come here and people are having the same issue. Fix your app. You make millions. Also, add Dark Mode.
The app will not let me log in with Facebook and continues to give me an error and to try again! It won't let me log in with the Facebook link and keeps saying that there will be an update to fix the issue. I can't log in due to not having a password set!
App is awesome, easy to use, add/ withdrawl. 2 areas for potential improvement on the app. 1. This is new, but anytime i switch to anothet app to check then jump back it is signing me out. This didnt happen previously and its kind of annoying 2. Add player bio if you click on them. Ex. College, height, etc
I've been with FanDuel since 2009. I don't know who they had mess with their app, but it is complete garbage now. Logs you out constantly. Not as smooth as it use to be. Create a lineup and want to submit and go to deposit? It freezes/hangs up... You're now better off going through a browser to use FanDuel. It use to be good, but someone done went and broke the heck out of it. A worthless app in my honest opinion. Avoid it at all cost until they fix it!
You guys don't update your app on time during contest or there's always a problem it's not fair to the participants and you don't update when people are going to miss a game until after a contest starts you need to give us an option to pick someone else when that happens thank you very much
Great app, but it keeps crashing on me when I try to click into an entry. This is after reinstalling. Would like help so I can continue to use this awesome app.
Still not been able to verify. Whichever company is responsible for your verification needs to be dumped. Their system mustbe outdated. I use other apps that verify without headaches.If someone has a valid license in the database it should be enough to detect it .
What a joke. I received a voucher, but can't even use it because app crashes when I click on the voucher. This has been going on for days, which is inexcusable. Goodbye FanDuel; Hello Draft Kings.
If I could give this app 0 stars I would their customer service is absolutely pathetic and not helpful at all ...just generic email responses with no actual useful information they just act like you have never used a smart phone, zero customer service skills
Crashing all day. I use this app a few times a week. Suddenly today, the app has been crashing on me all day.
App crashes everytime when I try to click on any contest or link. It is version 3.40.1. Is this a known issue?
Randomly unable to do anything. Everytime I log into the app and try to click any feature it closes on me. I tried to stop running it and was met with the same result. I even tried to uninstall it with no change. I thought it was a good app but this has been going on for awhile and it's irritating.
