I got the app because there are a lot of youtubers I watch that sell merch. Also the biggest part of me getting this app is because of Jordan Scott. It's a good app over all. You get to see merch that you cant buy from local stores. You can also have a chance of deals and save money. There is only one bad thing about it. I cant buy anything. There is no button for me to push so I can enter credit card information and purchase something. I have to go on Fanjoy's website to buy merch.

This company is bad. I order sothing of the website and it didn't come for 2 months so i emailed them and they said it was lost in shipping. And they offerd a refund and I said yes please and that they would email there manerger about the refund and l will get an email back, 4 day later no email so I email again and they said that they have sent a follow-up email to the accounting department and i will get a refund email notification, 2 day later still no email. Very bad customer service.

I don't know what to say. I mean I wanted a Maddie Ziegler top and it was for 10 dollars and the shipping costed me 30 dollars. So the shipping ws more expensive than the top and i was so irritated. My advice to you is not to install Fanjoy at all.

Mpp a few days ago a friend of mine who and adjust the notification area is not aur the year,😨😨😍😍

Fanjoy won't let me in I'm stuck on the beginning picture of everyone, but nothing else, if someone could tell me how to fix it that would be great.

I love Sydney Serena so much!...i ordered her merch and i already paid by the credit card..and I've been waiting for the package since a month...They stole my money...iwant the money back!!!!!

It clearly says "worldwide shipping available" on their instagram bio but they don't offer shipping to India?this really pissed me off Please fix this Fanjoy
