Ads showing way cheaper price compared to the ACTUAL in the app. Its good that you may choose one free item for new user right after installing the app. But, the thing is item cannot be shipped out alone, need to buy something and the total of the item been choosen SHOULD be RM69 & OVER!!!! I MEAN WHO THE HELL SET THE MINIMUM TOTAL PRICE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO BUY????? And they will not let you checked out if the total are under RM69. Most ridiculous app I've ever found and installed!!!

Very laggy and way far behind compared to other eConmerce. Purchased smtg and there was supposed to be a promotion for first-time purchase.. But I didnt get it when I wanted to register an account because it just keeps sending an error message and just buffering.. I'm just going to have this app until my item is delivered.. Luckily it is COD.

This app was great so far. But I think it would be better if all the items you ordered is delivered all at once. For ex: You buy a bunch of items in different stores it would be better if the delivery of all the items are done all at once. So it would be a less hassle to custumers like me.

For some reason i can't change my payment method? It keeps telling me to add more stuff for me to use on cash payment and it has gotten really annoying. I reinstalled multiple times, opening and closing the app and same problem. When I check change payment, all the payments aren't highlighted and when I tried clicking on online payment it just tells me add more stuff for cash payment. Stop forcing me to buy stuff lol. It's pissing me off

Affordable price, very new looking, very friendly. From baby items to gradening appliances all are affordable. Very surprising and reasonable cost. Items took awhile to deliver as they have to go through under processes, like preparing and shipping and then delivered. Items are always delivered securely and well packed.

Very poor customer service, never bother to response on query. Sometimes some seller has misleading post just to sell, then you dont have a choice to accept it because customer service is very poor No guarantee here. They switch item especially in flash sale, recently i use to have HD digital camera just .99$, and i sign and confirm it. After warehouse, the item switches to other item and now troublesome for refund. Quality of item poor, cheap but even kids wont be happy.

Ordered from them. But days later, status was updated as closed when i had never anything from them yet. Message them for status updates n checking many times but no one bother to reply anything at all. It has been two weeks. Unreliable. Dont buy from them ever.

Edited 13/10/2030 You guys are such a scammer. One of my order of 3 items suddenly disappeared weeks ago, only to appeared again but one of the items is missing. I am so mad because there wasn't any notice about this. This is gonna be the last time I'm using your shopping app. Such a bad service. The items are not even that 'cheap'. I could find the same items at a much cheaper price at other shopping apps. Don't fall for this app guys, y'all just gonna get scammed.

It's a horrible app...the customer services is avoiding my question worst not replying... And when the item not available took more then 3 week later then they auto cancel the item w/o informing!!! When I ask about refund as it's been cancelled more then 7 days, They sent a message saying "the service agent is currently out of services"!! This is very bad no reply no informing about the item.... The services is horrible. I ask for a refund they ignore me.

Terrible app and terrible customer service! Placed an order on 30th Sept, till date I have not received my order. And the customer service is ridiculous, dropped numerous messages in the chatbox, no reply. Dropped an email but they redirected me to another after-sales site and requested to insert my Order No but my order number cannot be found. Same for the system itself, placed an order for 4 items, only 2 shows it is being shipped, the other 2 shows the order has been closed but no refund yet.

This App is having major problems. There is no key to cancel the order. Also while placing the order it starts to hang becomes very slow and order will go by its own. Very difficult to use it. Please fix it.

horrible app! i ordered item 2nd of march and they indicate expected delivery 10-14th of march! i keep checking to track the logistics, they took long time preparing for just 2 items! 14th of march has passed my item hasn't arrive! , and i cannot be able to recieve those item anymore! The worst its a COD with additional charge and no online payment! not buying in this shop again!

User interface is just bad. It lags even when I'm just scrolling through the app and it's definitely not my phone's problem cause my phone is a flagship and is running on android 10 smoothly. Please fix this as I would love to try and buy some things from the app since the price range here is not bad

Just installed, so I open the app to see what inside. But to my disappointment, it kept refreshing and goes back to the main page for every search i been to. I thought cos it still is loading but it kept refreshing for every search page i click. Not worth the download.

Beware. This is a scam app. Things you ordered are incorrect. Set of 5 boxers and send just one. You must pay the delivery man cash before you can open to check. There is basically no response from online chat when you enquire. The price of same items inflated the second time you check in the app. They refunded me but I cannot use the full amount to pay off 2nd purchase, I can only use a very small portion of the money to pay those inflated priced items. This app is created to scam ppl.Stay away

No customer service at all! My paid order went missing overnight! Not 1 but 2 orders! No way to track the missing paif orders! Trying to contact customer service, it always offline. Left message also no response! Never buy from this app anymore. Hope the rest of my orders will be delivered.

Those can't get customer support in app. I recommend to email them. They rushed the order for me as it has past the delivery date and reply promptly. Good app to use as it has alot of cheap stuff to choose from 👍👍

1st. I see this apps offer in fb ads .the offer is so much cheaper .so i download it.i find out that the ads i see in fb was just a lie. Then i explore more, i see there is an offer for rm1 for certain item, i click it and try to purchase, suddenly the item back to the normal price and im shocked. So there is also a free gift for the new user but, when u try to redeem it, it is not avaliable🤣🤣 so as a conclusion this apps ,fanmart apps is the most liar shopping apps ever. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Feel bad and not satisfy for being a long time buyer from this site.. Today July 1 2020 is my worst day. I ordered 7 items and I paid for all the items... But when those items arrived,the moment i opened it... It's just one item they packed. But outside of that packaged was written all the items.... I'm trying to reach out for them but it's like the reply is taking a month's. Money wasted.... I even recommend this to my friend to download Fanmart but I came out being frustrated.

I saw a "Cloth Handbag" with 2 Front zipped Pockets. When click "Shop Now" to view further ask to log in but pic of bag "never show"....So I think is rather "complicated" to view Fanmart Platform "difficult/complicated" to items . More "worried" I have not put item to cart yet, wow upon open Apps it showed 2 items with "tick" to Check Out. WHY..WHY..WHY..???🤑🤑

As expected i have to keep chasing for replies! Really annoying apps! And the worst is its your side mistake to send me wrong items and now i have to pay the return fees? Why should i pay for your mistake?? Common sense i did not want refund for fun! And giving coupon of $15 but i must buy something for $39? What the hell? FANMART FAIL BIG TIME! NOT RECOMMENDED!

the app is a pain to use. very slow, crashes at times and has no description of products. customer service is responsive but the replies has nothing to do with the questions. I finally give up. uninstall, there are other better shopping apps.

Do not download or use this apps. They are bunch of scammers. I ordered a smartwatch that suppose to show wonders according to the advertisement but what I received is a dumb watch that has only charging port and on/off button. When I made report to the support service they only confirmed it's is according to the ads. The apps itself very difficult to use. Not smooth and not responsive

Very unresponsive app. Clicking few times, but totally not responding. Items are also extremely overpriced. For the same product (based on 4 products I searched for) , FanMart are pricing them 3-4 times compared to other platform.

Everything here cheaper compared if go to shop but need to wait a little bit longer due to postage from others country but overall the items mostly in good condition and affordable price. Recommended to those who wanna save their money!

Placed order and items not received. Sent email to check but they don't bother to reply. Sent another email and finally they replied that they will check with shipper. They didn't get back in status of delivery. Sent another email. Few days later they replied that parcel got lost in transit! Very BAD service from FanMart!!

Still need much more improving and sorry to say. Don't do a false advertise next time. Your advertise is where the items is cheaper but when i search the items. Its triple the amount from the advertise. I know that is how marketing works.

It's my first time to order online in Singapore and I find it so excellent. Although i give them a wrong addres but they able to contact me and asked me again. This apps is very good...my order come fast and the quality is good I pay them Cash on delivery. Looking forward to see my another order. Oh yeah..also the product is exactly the same on the picture.

Some items not cheaper compare to similar listing in other e-shopping apps...and also where is the search and picture scan function to search for products? Details descriptions are also not detailed enough and limited for some similar items listing in other apps. Not free delivery for most items i sample thru...Until improvements made then I will consider using it for my online purchase... what other apps have you have lesser.. what differentiate your app online experience from the others? ???

Worst app ever. The delivery was super delayed. It takes almost a month and when i opened the box some items are missing. So disappointing i won't make any order again.😤
