Hey....I like to use fanplus but these days when I click ads it doesn't work. I updated this app last week and after that it getting worse when I click ads. It doesn't appear the ads quickly.I hope u guys will fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank u.
been using this app for around 2 years and it's really easy to use! constant updates and fixes, fair polls, etc. i had a problem with the ads before but it was fixed now! wish there was dark mode tho ❣️
The app was great before the most recent update. It keeps popping up on my screen even when I'm not using it. I'm not talking about push notifications, the app will literally open up on my phone just to say it's not responding eventhough I didn't open it. Please fix it fast, it's annoying.
The app is great and i've been using it for a year. But i experienced some lags everytime i watch ads and sometimes it is not working when i clicked Watch Video Ads. I hope that there's an option too to send a message to multiple accounts. It took time for me to chat my inactive friends one by one with just the same message. I wish that you'll consider my suggestion.thank you
Hello, i used to like the app because it's easy to use and easy to get VTs in several way but i couldn't open the app just after i updated it. This problem happened so many times. I don't understand why do i need to update the many times but it's became laggy. So, i need to clear the app data, tried to log in but it said that i need to update it again. Hope my problem will solve. UPDATE - 1/26/22 - My problem has been solved. Thank you :)
Makes the user feel irritated when using this app. I could drop 33500 votes on an ads fundraiser and it still won't add up to my total votes. In that case, what was all my efforts to gather the votes for? This has happened too many times, please look into this issue. Thank you
For a week now fanplus has been delayed in opening, sending the votes, etc., it is super slow, it can take me up to 15 minutes just to send the votes. PLEASE FIX THIS, OR I'M GOING TO DELETE THE APP, I can't stand it anymore, it's frustrating how slow it is, and to top it off, not even with the update did it settle. When they fix the problem I will place the 5 stars.
The app was great. But today I can't enter it. Neither of my accounts. It says "Check your network connection", and my network connection is fine, everything else works
I've been using this app for almost 2 years now and this is the first time I have encountered an issue. I can't log on to my accounts. I tried restarting my phone & unstalling-reinstalling the but still didn't work. 😭
I love using the app but there is one problem for me. Every time I log out my accounts, it say please check your connection. More than that, the app has been very delayed in everything. I even take more than 5 minutes only to collect votes
i cant login because theres something wrong with the login setting. i cant click it. it happens atleast once a day and i really dont know how to fix it i have to return for like half an hour or so to check and sometimes it still doesnt work after. please fix the bug

The games I have clicked in fyber keeps on disappearing. Now i dont know if I should continue playing it since im not sure if i will be credited with the votes, or not. Please check it.
I like it because it's very easy to use and I love that I get 15 votes for every ad I watch, but I also have my concerns. Whenever I do missions with FyBer or TapJoy, I don't get my prices, so I'm wondering, what did I do wrong? Overall it's a great app but I'm still confused with me not getting my votes whenever I do my missions.
I really like collecting vts here but sadly the only ads we could watch every day is 30 ads, i hope it could be at least on 80 ads. And what I also don't like in this app is the verification number, if you'll not use verification in 3 days(?) you will no longer be able to verify your account.
Please let me log in to my accounts to send votes. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection when it's fine on my other apps that require data. I swear if I lose any friends because of this issue, it will be never be well with the owners of this app
The app is working now! I just hope the vote glitch doesn't continue occurring. It's a great way for idols to get promotion (especially if their company doesn't promote the idol(s) well). Thank you for giving us fans the opportunity to get our idol(s) good promotion!
This app didn't allow me to log in. It said that I have to check my internet connection, but my internet was fine. I tried to update into latest version but still didn't work. Please fix it!

Please add a feature that will allow sending message to multiple people. It's hard to notify all 70 of my friends whenever I have problems with vt sending :'(
this app has been getting on my nerves for so long. several time of getting blocked by the app itself and couldn't login to other account. My Fyber User ID kept changing. due to this I have some many missions in different ID and I couldn't get the votes even I have do the missions.
I was trying to add friends and then it told me my account got blocked. I kept trying to get in but I'm stuck in the start screen.

I hope you consider putting fanplus on huawei app gallery as well☹️. Fans (including me) are struggling since they can't access the app on their Huawei phones.
The app is great. Just improve the quick response for watching the ad. Nevertheless, the experience is great as I support my bias in voting.
I like the app a lot but can you change the max 20 characters in about you and turn into higher max characters please because i can't type long sentences only 20 max😭
After updating the app, i have an issue..Would you mind fix the watching ad? It keeps loading for a new ad but it doesn't play. When the ad play, it show the v4vc loading again and again.
I have a conversation about my complicated problem about using fan plus When I check fri list before I keep,I have a little problem that all of list are like a collection. This may be many confuse things . If you separate them thoroughly like 3 times and 2 times 1 time,this may me more useful for me. When I remove inactive fri , I can search easily. This is just my opinion. So please check about this.
