This app is a joke. I stupidly did the subscription trial. The app crashed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I tried to use it. If I could give this zero stars I would. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from these guys. I emailed them my complaints 10 minutes after I installed the app. They told me to uninstall then reinstall it. I tried that. Fixed nothing. Asked for a refund, they told me they don't do refunds. Apps a joke.

I see what all the talk is about the app crashing. Installed it... plugged in two players and down she goes. Probably going to be cancelling my trial. The website seems to be just fine. I think this is where they have placed their technology.

12/19/19 The main function of the app does not work anymore. When I go to create a new lineup, I'm prompted to choose a model and no results appear. I'm forced to open a mobile browser to create a lineup. 2 months later and fantasylabs app STILL not working. Imagine subscribing to a service that doesn't support their own product

This app needs to be fixed. Last update was almost 6 months ago service won't help and just keeps telling you to uninstall and reinstall. When I do log in it tells me to upgrade my account and I already have the most expensive one.

Hard to enjoy the app when I cant even use it to build lineups. It crashes every. single. time. It used to be very good however, I will be changing the review after they either fix the app or refund my money

Mobile app is pretty useless, was only able to open it once and do anything, barely, and now it just has the spinning icon in the middle as it tries display anything.

Could be better keeps crashing when trying to look at individual player stats but everything else works like a charm

Paid for the trial and it doesn't work. Subscription status has changed and the app keeps crashing. I want my money back !!!

great app with smooth UI. only issue is filtering or sorting thru players. other than that no real complaints.

Terrible. User Experience 1/5 - Utility 1/5 - News 2/5. No league sync feature, vastly incomplete player data, line-up tool is worthless and DOES NOT provide any insight into your week to week line-up.

For those that are saying that the app is not working correctly, that would be incorrect. I've been using this service for over 2 years and it's by far and away my favorite. It gives me everything I need for NFL, NBA and MLB. One of the best sites that I use!

Company is desperate for money. I signed up for a 5-day subscription for $4.95. The page I signed up for the subscription did not say it was a trial. At the end of the 5 days the company charged me $59.95 for a monthly subscription that I did not want. I informed the company that I did not want this and was unaware that they were going to charge me and they refused to give me my money back. If you want to deal with shady business people go ahead and sign up I will go somewhere else.

Looks like it works very well. Will update rating when it stops crashing.

This was an excellent source, until it turned into a pay-to-play. Still some good intel, but very shady how they pulled that stunt.

No fix for the lineup builder crashes at any point this year. Can't do the one thing you would download this app for.

As others have stated, the app constantly crashes and does not optimize very well.

Horrible company.... they steal your money and keep charging you for subscription after you close your account. Two months in a row I have now had to order a new card and report it as fraud. Biggest thieves I have ever dealt with.

The app is helpful when not around a computer but it keeps crashing on me after optimizing lineups.

Can't even create an account. Tried 3 different emails and all just say incorrect even though I'm trying to create a new account.

Crashes non stop. Canceling after this trial is done. Go to dfs army if you want a different one. They work great

horrible app...... try lineup builder, it doesnt work. try to change the filter , doesnt work. glad I just spent $15 for nothing

Love fantasylabs, but the app is terrible. Crashes before I can get 1 lineup out.

the lineup builder for NBA is broke on the app. it says choose NBA model and it doesn't load any models.

Handy for setting up lineups quickly and to get instant access to news and injury updates.

Excellent guide in keeping you inform on players, stats, and performance. Highly recommend

App has been a complete failure with the Samsung S20 so far. Nothing loads.

maybe im doing something wrong but i tried creating a account and it says incorrect login i dont get that. please fix it
