This was my go to app for fantasy news and alerts. Now, every time I attempt to open a News article, the app crashes. I can only view the summary of news articles. Please fix and I will change the rating back to 5 stars. Edit: Thank you for fixing it.

This dev seems to be deleting negative posts and 1 star reviews of it's app. Booooooo. App used to work great until I upgraded to Android 12 and notifications stopped. I love this app when it works but it is not working as intended at this time. Hopefully the devs fix this issue soon. I also hope they don't continue to delete 1 star reviews on a product that is not working. Edit: 12/15 app has been updated and notifications are working. Thank you devs

I never get any more notifications. I was getting notifications all the time but they just stopped and I have tried everything to make it work again with no luck. When it worked it was 5 starts but now I'd do zero stars if I could.

You get alerts, great. When you click on the alert, it annoyingly just takes you to a general news feed, where you have to scroll through to find the news item you wanted to see. Sometimes you can't find it at all. Seems like an easy fix, like, this is Web 1.0 stuff, to tag an alert to the specific post it references. This flaw makes the alert useless unless you're just staring at your phone waiting for each alert and then you click immediately to get to that news item.

Some portions of the app are a bit janky and could be smoothed out (for example, when attempting to attach pictures to polls, some just don't work for no reason), but overall I love the concept of this app, the fact that it's free, and the fact that you don't have to deal with advertisements. Currently waiting for Google to approve an update to fix a constant crashing issue from most recent Android update, but such issues are not common. Just try it!

I like the alerts and stuff, but a few things could make the experience more enjoyable. Letting you edit posts would be nice. There are times I make a stupid spelling error and want to fix it but my only option is to delete and re write the whole thing, and the props button is too far to the right. I have to tap it several times before I actually "hit it" otherwise, I like the app!

The concept of the app is great, but it's a bit rough in the interface. The single line for text while typing makes it nearly impossible to check for typos. And once posted, there is no option to edit said typos. After clicking a notification, the app freezes and doesn't take me to the shout or news post being referenced. I love the information available on the app. I would appreciate if the app ran more smoothly.

Good if it worked. Most of the time if you click the notification, it fails to load and eventually freezes. This has been an issue for at least a year now.. --------------------------------- Appreciate it! But I've had the same issue since last season where it wouldn't open from the notification menu. Edit: now it can't connect to the internet for some reason?

Love this app, it gives breaking news notices way before other apps. But, this season I'm having two problems. (1) if a news notification pops up, when I click on it, the app does not bring me to the notification. I have to switch to the News alert tab and search for it. (2) when posting a shout, I can't access my pictures. It says I need to grant permission but when I hit "OK", nothing happens. 😢 Google pixel 2 phone. UPDATE: both bugs mentioned above have been fixed.

Great info and fast but filled with crashes and bugs. Needs to improve quickly to be as relevant as FantasyPros or some of the others out there. Navigation is also not great, could have much better layout. I think I'd be more worried about the way the app functions than a commenting or ranking system for users who don't add much to the experience.

You couldn't open the app for a bit on android 11, but even then, it sends out push notifications FAST. That's the best part of the app. I'm making moves in my league before most of the league even heard the news I just saw, and that's with sleeper notifications. That alone is worth whatever bugs they may be working through (and what app doesn't have some glitches from time to time?).

Super great alerts from the app. Know fantasy news faster than anywhere else. Invaluable on game day. The alerts can be heavy, but you can specify what kinds of alerts you get and it's because there is so much to report about. Any recent crashing issues was a result of Google being slow to publish the new version the app submitted (their twitter account was responsive about the issue).

I first tried this app a year ago and was not a fan of the interface at all. I decided to give it another go this year and realized it is the absolute best for notifications. This app pushes important fantasy updates faster than any other sports app out there, from the score to ESPN. Knowledge is power in fantasy and this app gives you the advantage. Highly recommend.

This app is amazing WHEN IT WORKS! I have to reinstall it a few times a year to get notifications working. I just recently got the Pixel 6 and I can't get them to work at all. Delete and reinstall over and over. Settings are right. Working on my other devices. I don't get it. Might have to use another app unfortunately. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Love this app. I really do. Switched from pixel 3axl with Android 12 and it wasn't working great. Then upgraded to picel 6 pro and not working at all. Guess it's the change. Please update. I'll change my rating since I love this app. Update . They have fixed the issue but it took over a week or more to fix which was a tad upsetting but happy with the result. This is truly the best Fantasy News outlet out there. It beats Sleeper in news about 80% of the times and has better news then Sleeper in some situations as well.

The community is great. Easy to get feedback on drafts, trades, roster moves, etc. Perhaps most importantly, this app's alerts for injuries and breaking news are faster than anything else out there (other apps, sites, Twitter, etc.). I only refer people I don't compete against. I refuse to tell anyone in my league about this app because it's too good and I want every edge available.

I only use this app for breaking news notifications, but for that it is fantastic and I highly recommend it. Customer support is also great - as you can read in other reviews, Android 11 upgrade messed some things up, but they were incredibly responsive in keeping me updated on delays in update processing (which appear to be on the Google side). Definitely download this

Just got a Pixel 6 two days ago, previously had Pixel 3. Pixel 6 uses Android 12. My Pixel 3 has Android 11. Fantasy Life notifications work fine on Pixel 3, but not at all on Pixel 6. Notification settings for the app are fine within the app itself and for the phone. My other apps work fine. Is there a compatibility issue with Fantasy Life and Pixel 6/Android 12??? Please fix! Thank you!

The info and updates are great, but this app is not easy on the eyes at all. It's cluttered and ugly and difficult to navigate. I'd much prefer to get updates strictly on players that I choose rather than blanket settings. Lastly, if there is an active notification when I unlock my phone, this app opens automatically which is very disruptive and annoying. App needs a little fine tuning. Great idea, terrible execution.

I absolutely love this app! I know the rating has taken a HUGE hit in the past week or so now, because of the app crashing. The Fantasy Life team has been extremely quick and helpful with responding to these concerns, and has submitted an update fixing these issues to the Google Play store nearly 2 weeks ago now, but Google Play hasn't pushed it through. In this time the Fantasy Life team has been extremely helpful through this frustrating process, and have given the best customer support ever.

UPDATE: the crashing issue has been resolved and the app works once again! Still knocking a star off because better QA could have prevented this in the first place but it's still the best app they're is for fantasy news. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Crashes when I open it. Loved the app before the issues but can't afford to wait for them to fix it. Moved on to Fantasy Pros app because it actually works

An essential app for serious fantasy players. So incredibly valuable - the alerts on injuries, transactions and more are so incredibly fast and gives you a massive competitive advantage over non fantasy life users!

Used to be an amazing App!! Got new pixel phones and now it's useless. Used to fine super quick alerts about player news now nothing!!! Will return to 5 star rating when fixed. Update! Fixed
