Loved the game when i first got it, so much in fact that i bought some in game stuff. About a month later, there was an update and my character data was wiped, which meant i spent money and had nothing to show for it. I got in contact with tech, and they told be they would look up my old game ID and see what they could do, and that theyd get back to me. They didn't, and Ive reached out multiple times since and not gotten anything in response.

It's a shame that even though your game data is saved to your account it's also that the game data is bound to the server. I changed devices, and the server I was on is no longer there, so I had to do a new game in a new server. I had a beautiful Blastoise, hot Hitmonlee, pretty Pidgieotto, mesmerising Marsh, kissable Kirlian, and terrifying Triops as my team. Now they're gone, and I have to start over.

I finally have returned to this game and I still am so glad my account was saved. Thanks for all the gifts recieved and I had a little suggestion it would be really cool if the Alola region was implemented into this game as well as the galar region to be announced. This is a suggestion I wouldn't mind seeing or maybe put into a new version that keeps my account. Just wanted to give new input now that I can return to this game.

Game USED to be good, when the devs cared. Now, it's been at least 2 years without an update of ANY sort, and half the time there are no events when there should be. If you want to reset your password. they ask you for a copy of your ID and YOUR FINGERPRINTS, which is sketchy at best. Don't waste your time!!

Game doesnt load up, freezes and crashes claiming network error. tried contacting support and got no reply. Dont spend time pr money on this broken game, itll just break and make it all pointless Update: game is still unlaunchable and unplayable, devs need to start handing out refunds on all purchases made for the game, until this gets fixed we should demand every penny be paid back to us

I used to love this game. I don't know how they even managed to mess up this game or rather they don't care about this game. If they can't put up with it, they should have given it to someone who can. Don't bother even pressing download. It's literally unplayable, you can't get past the loading screen. And if for some miracle you do, you can't sign in to your account. Dont Bother.

Hey DEV, I've been encounter some problems, while I was playing... When entering combat mode, it's crashed and forced this game to close (home/menu phone)

I would give 5 stars as I enjoyed the game very much apart from the lack of events. please give us more events as there are pokemon you cannot summon without event summon like Gastly and Cyndaquil!!! Otherwise its very fun if you play casually Edit: Game won't boot up for me, freezes when I click on "start game", did the game shut down or am I bugged? Also, the day passes at 5 PM instead of 5 AM as its supposed to. It appears something is wrong at the dev's HQ

Love this game back then, so i decided to get it again and nothing will load and says i need to try again later. I hope this issue gets fixed :(

I love this game if it would work it only works half the time idk why it's not. I wish they would fix this bs bc I do like it a lot I have like 10 games on it.

Doesn't load game anymore. Keeps saying no connection when everything is fine on my end.

I want to rate it higher but, there are still problems I encountered since I installed the game again. My old account was gone, its supposed to be much stronger. I supposed to have a game account which is supposed to be bound already with my fb account. But the two seemed separeted now. In hoping to regain my lost account logged in on fb but my old data wasn't there. I logged in my game account but nothing's there even the newly created account linked in the fb. I hope I can recover somehow my old account. Or at least bind my fb and game account. Also there is still a problem in the nickname. I can type my own nickname but I cant enter it. The random nicknames given kinda suck because it is so random. I hope the nickname issue would be resolved.

I spent money on this to get gems and used it all on a "limited summon" but never got the things promised. I spent 22200 gems on it. they gave a compensation for the mess up, but it was 1500 gems and a few gold chests. to purchase 7200 it costs $120! I lost 22200 gems! I tried making a case about it, but had 0 response. I'm not the only one who this has happened to too. So be careful if you decide to play this game and something unfair happens.

Please fix the servers, no one has been able to get in now for over a day. the game is fun and you can get pretty far without having to spend money. Go to be on top you'll have to end up spending some.

It's an overall fun game but there is only one problem with it. I cannot, for the life of me, find a "Restore Purchases" button and that makes me a little mad having spent a lot of money on it.

The only thing I don't like is I wish you could trade monsters with other players like the old school pokemon gb
