The app was decent prices were ridiculous but as of last night not ok. My cards both of them were charged several times with no explanation and when I say several times I mean 33 dollars several times in one sitting so one card was charged 100+ dollars then the other card was charged something similar. What is going on?! Not a good app. I have fixed the issue but if your system is pulling money out of peoples attached accounts without their permission not a good app at all!
Just awful, takes forever to request a ride even in off peak times. $5 cancelation fee because you can't wait 25 minutes for a driver.
Terrible service. Driver never came, I was charged a cancelation fee which I disputed. Fare promised a refund but now 3 weeks later I still haven't received it.
Endless verification loops made it so people couldn't even use the app, no wonder business tanked. Good riddance.
Can't confirm a number said not number even though right code tried 2 separate then said unauthorized
I am getting the Unauthorized message. Looks like i have to take a cab. Dear Fare, you have a great potential market. Send out a press release when you figure out how to do this.
It wouldn't let me register. It just kept saying unauthorized.

The worst.
I use it a lot because there's really no other option the prices have gotten absolutely ridiculous and the drivers don't even show up sometimes and I get charged for canceling or they pick up someone else and I don't get a refund.
Unbelievably expensive. A great reason to avoid Austin.

app would not let me create my account even after verifying my phone number and email, guess they dont want my business
Beware $5.00 fare cancellation fee. I requested a fare, waited more than 10 minutes, and the app was still showing the spinning radar as "searching." Not until I hit cancel request was I informed that there was a fee and a driver en route (we'd given up and found a taxi by this point). Cancellation fee charged to my card. Will definitely never use Fare again.
Promo code doesn't work. Ride request keeps loading and doesn't work either. I've downloaded the app on three separate occasions since Uber/Lyft left but I've never gotten it to work. RideAustin is what I'm using lately and it's pretty solid. Just wanted to shop around for something cheaper... Nevermind!
Fare fills in for uber and lyft with some nice additions, but the driver app needs some work & the rider app is a bit rough at times. It is functional, but if they don't put in effort, they will be overtaken by a different company. referral Lynne3 Update - had to change phones but the new digits log in doesn't work. There is no support available for the log in from Fare or Digits. If I can't log in, I can't use it.
Used this app before, but got a new phone and tried to install Fare on it and was kept getting unauthorized each time I entered the authorization code. Requested it a few times and tried and never got it to work. I guess I'll just use Ride Austin or Fasten
Scheduled an early morning airport pickup and driver never showed. No way to contact driver (call /text buttons don't work). No way to contact dispatch.
Hire a QA team. I can't even sign up because the app is so terrible and crashes :P
When attempting to use a Google Voice/Project Fi number I get the error that my "mobile number has not been vetted" and asks me to use a different number. Meaning, I can't use the app at all. :-/
It's ridiculous how expensive trips are for going to the airport which is less than 20 minutes away. It would have been cheaper for me to just drive myself and park my car at the airport. It's also ridiculous that they charged my account for a trip that I never took and that I cancelled 24 hours in advance. It says a refund is supposed to be posted but it's been sitting in my account as pending for over 5 days now.
