Fareboom is the best ever app to book with anywhere anytime at a convenient price I enjoy it 😊.

Positive: Easy to use and they provide all the necessary information for your flights, rebookings, and cancelations. Negative: They make it very difficult to pay for a family members flight if they don't own the creditcard being used, requiring you to fill out, upload documents and through other hoops. It's a headache and very stressful! I suggest you don't book flights last minute for family members if they don't own the credit card being used.

If you are eligible for a discount with an airline, then call directly instead. When I put in the flight that I needed I thought I was getting a good deal but then realized that I was not after the fact. The app had counted my lap baby as an additional person to make the rate look great. I ended up paying more than I would have had I just called the airline first. Live and learn.

The worst travel experiences in my life are with Fareboom. Costumer service is the worst, actually you can't even get in touch with them through phone if you need them. Only if your email is urgent they will reply through email, otherwise they say it depends. If you think that you are getting a good deal, think twice! Don't give them a second chance as I did. Never booking again with them. Don't even bother. To cancel a trip will cost you somtimes more MONEY than your ticket value.

The flight was challenging. However, the support was very pro active to book an other flight when one was canceled. They kept updating and informing me about any change...terminal and gate. Great and positive experience !!!

Easy to book. Only issue is to call helpdesk to verify payment. Need to call IDD and waited for 10mins till your call is picked up. Then more time taken to verify the caller, credit card etc. Easily took up to 20 mins. But once the ticket is confirmed, everything is a breeze. Great App.

I booked a flight from USA to Poland for December in May 2020. Despite numerous flight cancellations Fareboom was always able to rebook my flights at no additional costs and gave me heads up about cancellation deadlines and entry requirements. They overachieved any expectations I had for a booking agency during what's surely been a very difficult time for them. Hats off to their CS team!

I will never use this app again in my life. Fareboom increased my layover on it's own to 14hrs from 2:55 I canceled the flight because of that and they charged me 175 dollars. Worst still they fraudulently emailed me that the changes were only for two hours only to find out through British airways that a major changes has been made to my ticket and that I should talk to my agent.

NEVER EVER buy nothing trough this app. It may seem very good and cheap at the beginning. Finally you'll be charged lot more (after you authorize the payment) + you'll be charged additional payment from Fareboom. Note that all the money you'll pay will be in US dollars. All you'll finally will pay you'll find down after the money are taken from your bank account and there is absolutely nothing you can do about that. As well your flight may be changed without notice.

Terrible experience lately. Nothing seems to be alright any longer. They cancel your flight without any warning and makes no effort to rebook. Still waiting on my $250 refund from double charge since November last year and $2100 from march this year. Fraud! Stay away from apps and websites like this. Bad business. I have already filed a claim with BBB etc. It qas established that my refund was due to me but it is months overdue. You can't call and it takes them about 3 days average to respond

High fare prices & no much options

You are the best. I had a very cheap ticket for my wife in USA to visit me in Ghana during the New year. She had a very successful journey. I love your services. Anyone who wants to get a cheap ticket and a successful journey, please this is the right app to use. Just time the tickets, the prices rises and come down for short short period of time. Just time the price and you will get the best deal. ❤️

I think this is the first time I've ever given a review. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. If you contact them by phone it hangs up or tells you to go online. They have an emergency line that cost $30. Online they have an option to schedule a call a week away, live chat (which isn't a chat but a non working message you send them), or email. The prices are often higher than elsewhere as well so they aren't even worth using. Hard pass on this as a usable option.

One of the better flight searching tools for Online Travel Agencies (OTA's)! I use this app as well as Momondo, Kayak, & Skyscanner. You will do well using any or all of these travel search engines, which many times will show deals you can book directly with the airlines!

I love this app, I have been using for years. Extremely easy to book a flight, keeping me up-to-date the whole time even when I'm out of country via email and messages. Was a great help when I lost my international flight back in 2017.

They provide wrong destination information. When I call customer care service ,they didn't pay attention what's the problem. Second time when I call the customer care representative make a fun of the situation. I have to change the return date they told me charges for this transaction almost $900, and asked me buy a new ticket. Seriously??????

I used Fareboom for international trip including multiple stops, I loved it. I didn't have to use any airline app or website; all info I needed was in Fareboom App, with real time notification about flight status, gate assignments, etc. I will definitely use it again.

Constant updates on gates and everything to do with your flights right away even before you land is nice saves lots of time when you get to the airport It even updated me about a gate change before the airport announced it, only bad is the seats I paid for and the seats I was issued on my boarding pass was different but I had one corrected at the airport counter.

Im trying to use my voucher and everytime I want to pay the seats are "sold out" everytime and any date, nobody answer the phone, theres no costumer service... this is a scam and they just took our money!!!!

Just tried to purchase airfare through Fareboom as soon as I pick a flight and want to proceed with the purchase it says it's no longer available. Now the price is 400$ higher

Best travel store hahaha!!!Terrible story to buy here tickets. They don't answer the phone, they block payment and ask send them ID and print and fill form. When you buy a ticket for next day flight you will not flight because you don't have enough time for printing filling etc

Always the best prices. I've used this every year since 2009 to fly to Asia and back. Customer service has always been great. Prices are always better than the airline direct websites.

I used the app and service, so far I have bad luck, and you can't even get someone to do anything, they're responding via email only and long response time. I wish I could have reviewed previous experience posts

Great deals. Only issue i had was about a week later it kept crashing. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Now its working good.

Great app to search for flights. Also, it allows you to find the cheapest dates to fly. Easy booking also.
