Farfetch: Luxury Shopping App

95% great app. I JUST don't understand why we can't filter by size after we search a specific term. Literally turned up 75,000 results when I searched 'turtleneck', and I would have to click on every item and look to see if the size I want is available. That would take years :'( I just want a nice turtleneck to wear to the office

Seems like there is a huge issue with people receiving wrong products to what they orders as well as not receiving refunds for any mess ups this is bad business all around. So I think they need better customer service policies because they are completely scamming customers. I was going to download but now I will not due to so many negative comments with no replies with solutions.

Illegal business practices!! Purchased a shirt with 1 left in stock. Received email about data issues so it's actually sold out, order's been cancelled & refunded. Fine. I purchase it elsewhere. Next day, they email saying they found stock from another seller and placed the order for me. What!? You can't place an order without asking! No receipt/confirmation mail too! And turns out it's made in another country! Now they want me to jump through hoops to return it or no refund! STAY AWAY!!

The scamest scam of all. Bought shoes for more than 400 euros. They sent a wrong pair. Sent them the photos, asked for exchange, got refused. Asked for return/refund, they started telling me that in my case that's non doable. Buy stuff from somewhere else, or you might end up like me.

Worst experience ever had with this app i will never buy something again from them qnd they better stop dealing with fedex cause they are even worst than them

Pretty glitchy and not user friendly. Strange for an app with premium products. Items displayed get constantly messed up, sometimes the same item pops up 5 times while you're scrolling. Often page isn't loading and you have to keep pressing Retry. No basic filters - size, selection of only sustainable items, etc. Sizes are hard to navigate, you can find your size using similar products from brands u may not even have, but cannot do it with your measurements, which would be a more basic way.

Google confirmation error. Can't proceed to enter address as can't get confirmation from Google.

Very good app easy to search and filter the items you are looking for based on brand, size, price. Only thing could be improved is to include a category "new" items because as of now they are amalgamated new+very good together. Also very very good is the option "make an offer" which enable buyer to propose a price to the seller. That's clever even for a high end boutique.

Bad experience. No support service. I placed an order, application kept showing error while uploading my identification, and no after sales support at all. I tired to readh out by email or wechat. No reponse. Obviously they dont care about the sales at all. Now it shows my order was. Cancelledand redund takes 14 days !!! How ridiculousis that ? Its not even clients problem!!!the app is also misbehaving a lot when using it. Not user friendly at all.

Probably the most hassle free app to buy designer items from, items may seem more expensive than in other sites at first glance but the price includes import taxes and such, which other sites do not usually include. So far I've had no trouble buying and recieving items, they have a huge selection to choose from and a nice loyalty program for returning customers. Would totally recommend!

Way overpriced - anything I liked the look of was cheaper on that designers own website. E.G armani EA7 trainers £180 on farfetched, £127 on EA7 direct. This was the case for all items I found.

Service is always responsive and easy to access despite being a UK based company. Had a few issues over the two years I've used app and never a complaint or problem to resolve them. The clothing is authentic, the quality of packaging varies but overall good.

Love the design very much. Much more cleaner than Mr. Porter. I would really like the option to create my personal brand filter so that I do not have to always select my brands every time I look through a different clothing category. Other than that, super fast shipping. And I mean super fast. Top notch!!!

My order was made on 15th december. Today is 10th January and it didnot even leave the country of shipping and refusing to refund it.! Big scam and cannot deliver what they sell

Ordered for a vacation. Canceled the order saying they couldn't verify my credit card info over the 4th of July weekend (but I was charged). App runs slow and there's really no discount. Go directly through the clothing vendor to ensure you get your items. They'll say it's SECURITY, but it's DICTATORSHIP.

Love this app however would love more lingerie brands to be in there. Also the wishlist is restricted to 99 items, although it doesn't tell you this but just removes items from it when you add new ones! Massively frustrated with this as I love making wish lists and spent hours searching and adding what has just been removed without me knowing!

The app was working well before the update. It keeps updating it to the China version in Chinese and doesn't load most of the time. I have reinstalled it several times but still switches back to Chinese version and I don't read Chinese. I'm in HK using a Huawei P30.

I can't even get the home screen to load. The buffering circle just stays on my screen. And I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get one screen to pop up! Please fix asap. Love the clothes and shoes but can't shop if I can't get to the pages I need !

Orders and returns will not show the returns, or if you have been reimbursed. Occasional loading issues. Also the wish list is a maximum of 99 items. Anything u add after that will remove the oldest item from the wish list. Please fix.

Horrible! You expect for more from an app that sale high end brands! There are always connection problems which lead to unconfirmed orders but charged credit card...or they charge you with multiple shipment and you have to run afterthem to receive your money back.... Very poor purchasing quality

App doesn't launch on pixel 4. Just shows error: "we've had a problem, please try again". I reinstalled it, restarted phone, but nothing helped. I hope you'll fix this issue. Thank you! Upd: app still doesn't work :( that is annoying

My account doesn't want to log in, it says incorrect Email/password, but when I log in using my browser, it has no issues, PLEASE fix it ASAP. We also need a ZAR currency for more convenience. It's a lot of work converting everytime one loads the app. Overall a good app but may use some improvements

Paid and purchased Versace Sliders, got something completely different - a skirt. Demanded for a resolution but all I got was a free shipping coupon for my next purchase... Very very disappointed as they said no refunds or exchanges...
