Paid for year long membership but never seemed to get the upgrade as advertised. Now the screen is blank and the app hasn't worked for the last month....
Worked good for awhile but now all I get is , is a white screen and can't look anything up. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still does the same thing
It worked ok for a few days. Now it either crashes on opening or all I get is a white screen.
Blank screen need fix....tried many method.uninstall, yse another phone.. ..etc nothing please fix.... my stats is super important to me and many others .... Fargo rating needs to do better
App not working on Android, was a 5 star rating for me previously, but now all I see is a blank screen, can't see my own stats or look up another players
App worked for 5 months and then stopped. Deleted and reloaded and still doesn't work.
Keep getting a blank screen had to re install it multiple times works for a day then back to the same screen
Works ok for finding players, and there is a need for a common rating for all players. However the search box is extremely buggy when typing in a player name. If you type too quickly it doesn't register all keystrokes. If you select a different character position in the search box, the cursor changes, but when you start typing it goes back to the previous position.
Please fix the app from crashing. I am paying for an app that doesn't work!
I love the idea of this app, but still seems buggy. I attempted to log in using my member ID and password, verified both were correct multiple times, and the app sits on a loading screen until screen timeout, about 2 minutes. Needs a bit more dev time for error checking and handling. Tried logging in with incorrect login info, and same result. There should be a notification of incorrect login info or server timeout when connection is not correctly established.
After the last Android update I only get a blank screen when I open the app to my personal stats.
Doesnt work or load anymore.. and my rating goes up 1 or 2 points now and then and I'm not even playing anymore
App worked great until most recent update, now it just opens to a white screen
It worked great for a few days. Now it just does nothing after entering data for a search. I reloaded the app. I tried on my phone network and wifi, no response. If the data base is down it should reflect that. It just does not work. I even tried the soon to be retired web based version and it also is not responsive.
The Fargo system is a great concept, but the app is terrible
Works for a while but now I can't get it to work again even after uninstalling.

My review is updated 5 stars!! A couple of friends showed me the update and I finally jumped on board and now I'm waiting for a reply. I usually look at the reviews before I put an app on the phone but I had too much confidence that it would work after seeing my friends using the new version. I'm further along than I was, checked email and changed password and now getting network not available message 🤔 My issue was fixed in under 24 hours, I knew that my confidence wasn't misplaced!! 🎱
I wish I could give a negative rating. Everyone else on my team can look stuff up without subscribing but it wouldn't let me. So I paid a subscription fee and it keeps telling me I have to subscribe for that feature. I check the info button and it shows I've subscribed.
I have installed, and re-installed and I still cannot get into the app. I have re-set my password through the app just fine, but I get a communication error when I log in and it will not let me into the app. I am very disappointed.
This app is a complete disaster. what a joke to push out a product long before its ready. 1. entered my name, only one with this name and town, tapped the name and wrong membership number was attached to it. 2. entersd the correct membership number according to my bca card. 3. in the verification email im supposed to tap a link, did that and NOTHING. This app isnt ready yet. first wrong membership number then the link in the email doesn't work.

I agree with the other comments. Downloaded app went through the channel to get to the end and still couldn't pull up the part where I have to sign in. Call tech support and they left me hanging. Be glad when this gets fixed.
I cannot even access the app, because I receive a message that says "network unavailable". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but the same error occurs.
Way to get those bugs worked out 🙄. Good grief this is worthless.

been trying to create an account. i find myself, then try to claim it. says "unable to create at this time". tried to email the support address. email is invalid. pretty frustrated since they are saying the website will be discontinued, yet i cant create my account and have nowhere to turn to for help. 1 star.
Found my entry, setup email and password and it is working fine. Would like to see, highest, lowest rating. Game type and table type stats. Not just overall stats.
App updated Apr 14th and now will not open. New update with a fix asap would be great. Update: Apr 16th reinstalled and seems to be working now.
It freezes up alot, and/or you get just a blank write screen after opening app. I clicked on the "search" button, and the keyboard never shows. It's kind of hard to type without one.
