Never works right. Will not allow me to sign on. Tells me I have wrong ID or password. Will not allow me to reset password. Always have to card to reset password. Not a good working app at all.
Never able to get the text confirmation # to access and pay bill. Phone # provided just goes over and over on automated message. Nobody ever seems to answer. Terrible service.
I liked the old format much better. Maybe because I had used so long, it was very familiar. I just really do not like the color orange, except for the fruit.
I think it is sad when a company should request you to give a 3rd party company of their choosing; more information than you had to give them just in order to make a payment.
Everything I need in this app. Balance always up to date and can make my payments in app.

Much better version than the last. Everything is much faster and after you explore a little around the app, you can find many more great features than before.
Surprised to be the only negative review. Keeps saying my password is incorrect on my Android but when I use my computer it accepts it. 👎👎
I have NEVER gotten this app to work..when I finally get logged in it says that there isn't an account associated with my username and password. So then I have to call them and am charged a 10$ fee to pay my loan payment over the phone maybe they do this purposely so they can get the 10 bucks. Each customer that has a loan through them is probably forced to call them to make the payment. We should get paid for taking 30 mins out of our day when we don't work there.They do Make an app that wrks
