The app is slow and difficult to navigate. I can't check anything because I can't even get to my login page.
My agent is great, the app is terrible. It is slow, can't cache my login. If I am not on the internet, I can't even view a cached copy of my information in the app. Even with all permissions granted I cannot export a copy of my insurance card.
There are so many account numbers generated and used by the company it is a hell to know which one exactly is required for this app. Also why additionally sign up specifically for the app when you alrea have an on line account. The only reason I was trying to make this work is because the company website is not mobile friendly and is very difficult or impossible to find some info on mobile. For the amount of money charged for insurance, you guys can do a little bit better on user interface side
Great and simple app that is straight to the point. You are able to contact your agent, pay your bill, view insurance cards and view your policies. If you are logging on for the first time, through the app, you may have to wait for FBFS to mail you a six digit code to your mailing address. This is done for security reasons and I greatly appreciate that. Once you are logged in you can choose to log in by password, pin number or finger print login.
Supports fingerprint sign on. Layout and controls are good. Haven't figured out how to change contact info (email) yet.
I had the hardest time with this insurance company. Not only did I get extremely overcharged for almost 10 years I fought with them over canceling my policy! They kept charging me a payment for 3 months after I cancelled my policy! Horrible horrible if I could give 0 stars I would!
You need to keep updating. I tried to update by what it told me to do, went to play store to update and it said to open, I went there and it took me back to app that said you must update to continue.
I been trying to pay my bill on line and can't even sign in ,been using this service for years, and now can't see my policy or insurance cards
Allows me to view/save my ID card, contact my agent, and see claim status. Very smooth app operation.

Impossible to use. I have typed in all of our different policy numbers. None of them work. So I can't even create an account. Pointless app!
