MOBILE agent is FREE to download and available for member-policyholders in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina.AVAILABLE FEATURES WILL VARY BY STATE WITH THE INITIAL RELEASE OF MOBILE agent. Features may be added or enhanced in some states following the initial release.
Key features of MOBILE agent include: My Policies, My Agent, Membership, ID Card, Nearest Office, Pay Bill, Report Claim, and Send Help.
My Policies Use MOBILE agent for an overview of all active auto policies. My Agent Need to reach your agent while on the go, but you don’t have an email address or phone number handy? No problem. Use MOBILE agent to call or send an email to your agent with a simple tap of the screen. Or, use the “Nearest Office” feature to locate an office or Claims Service Center using an address or your current location.
Report Claim If you run into trouble on the road and need to report a claim, MOBILE agent provides access to 24 hours claims service. Complete a short form, or call the customer service hotline to start the claims process.
ID Card An electronic copy of your insurance card is always at your fingertips with Mobile agent.
Send Help Should you need emergency roadside assistance, the “Send Help” feature immediately dispatches a service provider or connects callers to a customer service representative. MOBILE agent will allow customers to request roadside assistance, to receive confirmation help is on the way, and to track the service provider all without ever having to talk with someone on the phone. MOBILE agent relies on Global Positioning Service (GPS) coordinates but only uses GPS location services when needed or selected by the customer, saving battery life and data plan minutes.
Get Started! Your Farm Bureau membership number will serve as your login ID, and the password from your Farm Bureau Insurance online account will be needed to access MOBILE agent. Don’t have an online account? Set up an online account by visiting your state’s Farm Bureau Insurance website.

Love this app! I can email my agent with any changes while we are on the road and it gets done. Love that I can print my insurancre cards or have them show up on my smart phone to show rental companies so we do not pay for rental car insurance. Those who have negative things to say about this app have not taken the time to learn everything about it. It is easy to use.
Can't rate any higher as I can't use this app, because my state (TN) isn't listed. I don't know why states are missing, but they need to fix it, especially if they have offices and offer coverage in those states.
Every time I log in, it says wrong password even after making a new password. Deleting app
Doesn't allow me to use it because it doesn't have Tennessee even though I live here and have Farm Bureau insurance.
Way to show you don't care about your customers. My state isn't on the list, and it messes up, when trying to use my gps. Reinstalled, and restarted. Nothing.
I downloaded this app and it didn't give me a widget for it.
I have download 4 times and can not get pass log in. Keeps telling me (Login Failed This version of the MobileAgent app is no longer supported. Please update to the latest version. We apologize for any inconvenience.) Very sad. I have Pexal 2xl.. would be nice if someone could tell me how to get this to work.
Most everything works, but the vehicle ID cards only show one vehicle if you have multiple vehicles. You have to sign out and back in and correctly select the other vehicles each time.
THEY MAKE YOU PAY AN ANNUAL FEE TO USE THE APP. Also, when requesting roadside assistance they hang up on you, for me it was after finally getting through TWICE. They do not provide status updates or even let you check on the app.
This is only for maybe 5 states. NC is not one of them. All other ratings are great. I didnt get to experience anything on it. Uninstalled.
Was able to pay one time. When trying to login for next payment said member not found. Installed this app to keep from going to the office but have had to pay my payment in the office.
Not not show my state TN. Show nice features. But no use in other states that are members of Farm Bureau. Without having to go to the website.
The app needs to be updated. The app promotes to make payments, but ones you download the app, the option is not there.
An ABSOLUTELY useless app. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still wont let me log in. I have to log into website. Just drop the app or get some quality app producer to redo it!
Best Insurance company we have ever had, they work with you on claims, if repairs are needed they get it done! Our Home, Liability, Vehicle ins is all with them!!
App crashes when you need to call roadside assistance. Probably a pretty important time for it to work!

App does not cover North Carolina yet that's where we are. Please add so we can use the app and not the website.
The app works fine. Most of the complaints for this app are not relevant as the people trying to use this app aren't covered under "Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company" There are several entities within Farm Bureau so you have to make sure you use the correct app for the issuing entity.
Very Bad App. Cannot even put my state that I live in. Only gives you 6 states to choose from.
I can't sign in because it wants me to choose the state that I live in but they don't have my state to select.
Theres only 4 states in the US that this 'App' is available for. Complete garbage!!
Love the app to pay my Bill's but every time I get ready to pay through the app there is always an update
my state isn't on the list either. So what does that say about Farm bureau. As much as they charge why is this not available to all states? TN
The app is just ok. Unfortunately, there is no option to pay your bill through the app. It also is listing the wrong agent. It is nice to be able to view the ID cards, but otherwise, it's quite limited.
