I tried to redeem my coupon. Got error message to log in, enter verification code. I logged in, the redeem option still didn't work. The line was backing up. So I paid full price, forfeiting my $5 discount. The food is good, but a bit pricey for fast food. When I return to AZ from my CA family visit, I will go back to Culvers. Great burgers and other offerings, a little cheaper. Otherwise a favorite restaurant for a great burger meal, worth the extra $$. Very disappointed.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the app sometimes load super slowly, which is a huge inconvenience when you're trying do you didn't at the register inside the restaurant! Other than that, the app works great, has an easy-to-use interface, and overall super enjoyable. I really like the new update which allows you to scan or enter your barcode to earn points a little bit faster towards discounts and free food! Thank you Farmer Boys team!

It's an ok app but mostly just for rewards. The menu is on there but it doesn't always have an up-to-date listing of things and it's messy. All it does is pull up the website into the window and things take awhile to load. Not too mobile friendly IMO. Then, all you can do from the website is count calories. You can't order anything. That last part is a bit confusing. Farmer Boys is a bit more expensive than some of these other fast food spots. So with the level of profit it is bringing in, how do they now have an online ordering system like most of these spots have been picking up these last four or so years? So yeah, the rewards system is "ok" when you remember to use it (since you clearly aren't going to pull out the app for anything else to make a habit out of anything). Beyond that, you can just visit the website.

Rip off! If you use a reward during a purchase, you don't get credit for any of the other $ spent. Also, just learned today that if you make 2 purchases you can only earn rewards on one. Learned this after scanning the receipt for the soda I added at the window, then tried to scan the receipt for the meals purchases and wasn't allowed to. So, 12 reward points lost because I already earned 2...BS!!! Also, it would be nice to order from the app.

I had to download this app again after getting a new phone over a year ago. Before the last update I was able to "scan" my receipt to earn points, but after this last update - it won't let me scan without "confirming" my email. I want to chamge my email, but am unable to do this. Whoever designed this app needs to get their "ACT" together! Not being able to change my email is total BS! And a person can't change it in the Playstore area either! I'm really close to uninstalling this stupid app! 😠

Please add an Online order function. I rarely have time to wait in line or the drive through, so many times I just order through grubhub. However that comes with extra fees and price hikes. It would be amazing to cut out the middle man and be able to order directly through this app for pickup.

App is inconsistent. I had a "buy one get one of equal or lesser value" and it gave me the lesser value one free. It was only $3 difference, but still it was false advertising in a sense. I complained to the cashier l, she said it was the cash register programming and there was nothing they could do and to contact FB office. Contacted FB twice since and have gotten only notice that they got my message and would respond ASAP but haven't yet even though I sent 2nd message.

Even when you order using the app, it does not automatically add your purchase. I made several purchases this way and did not even consider scanning the receipt because it should be automatic! This would work much better if it was a rewards card that was scanned upon purchase.

Can't place order. Am I supposed to be able to place a curbside pickup order using the app? It let's me us the menu and customize a menu item, has a button for allergies. But no button to continue or add the item to the order. The app operates like a website, not a real app. Needs a total overhaul.

I use to use this app all the time and it was fantastic. However, ever since the new update the app literally will not load. It just sits on the first loading screen endlessly until my screen times out and turns off. Please fix this! I am on a Google pixel 2XL and it runs flawlessly for ever other app.

It won't open, much less run. The update lost my reward points. I've tried installing several times. It just won't work. No cerveza, no trabajo. After 7 installations, I just deleted it altogether, and lost 9 points from today's purchase.

The app send to work good, but when you open the menu it lags for quite some time. Also, I'm missing 20.00 of my rewards! I went to look and didn't see it anymore. And it's not in my history. But it's a good app to have!

Used to be one of the best reward programs. After update, app is much slower and they now limit the amount of points you can redeem. Confusing and complicated new format. Uninstalling.

The rewards program is good but so many times I miss out on points because the receipt won't scan and won't let you enter it manually. They need to fix this or give you a way to get your points when it happens.

Layout is not user-friendly. When you try to open menu items, it just scrolls back to the top. Don't like having to log in just to view menu. Points for effort but needs major work.

There must be something wrong with the app, we used to use it quite often and sudenly is not working at all. Not even the kind personnel at the Restaurants are able to make it work again. What to do? Farmer Boys, please help! Thanks. We love to eat here, best food and excellent service, right prices too. Like the discounts and freebies....

The VIP rewards app has been disfunctional on multiple occasions. Even uninstalling and resetting passwords doesn't seem to work. Good way to turn OFF customers!!

So used to be great, but recently i cannot log in via Facebook because it says the embedded browser is disabled for security purposes and to update the app but my app is up to date already. The last update it shows on this app is aug 2020. Please make an update to fix this.

The restaurant itself is great but this app is a nightmare. It won't let u order until all the pictures are loaded and I've been waiting about ten mins already. Chill app, I already know what I want, I don't need to see a picture of it lol.

Was a previous reward member prior to change. Now for the life of me I can't seem to redeem rewards. Instructed to sign into verify email. Have done all that! Received email that verify's but I can't click on the link. Then now, just was sent to a site to update app. Says it's already installed. Oh...my! Just want to use rewards. o.k. ?

Horrible. App keeps crashing when I scan the receipt. Has been 2 years since it worked. I have reached out to them several times. PLEASE FIX!
