I cant use the biometric login. I've enabled it and when I scan my thumb it crashes. It worked before so I know the app is capable of doing it......so what happened???
Still logs you out after 30 seconds, have to go through the entire login with username sms code password. It wouldn't hurt to just require user pass after verification.
I love Farmers & Mechants Bank. Everyone is very nice and super friendly. I have a problem I get it resolved right when I go or call. The people that work there also will speak to you and acknowledge you in public places other than the bank. They are like Family! Would never change my bank to no other! I'm in great hands at Farmers & Mechants Bank. Nashville Ga Branch. !😇❤

Your app will not let me use the biometric sign in I had it at one time and then I guess when I had to update the app it took it off and now it will not allow me to even get to the part to do the biometric sign in. When I click on it it closes the app out totally. Also there's a few things that I would like to be able to do through the app which I cannot like one is transferring money from one account to another and maybe transferring even to another bank.
