App won't let me log in and password reset link won't let me in either
Deposits could be made easier by not having to select an account when we only have one.
Provides basic info and options easily. Not a go to for all banking needs. What it does do it does easily and well.
Lets me complete internal transfers and instantly check my balance. I can even deposit checks without actually having to go to the bank. Love it!
Installed and can't open it.
I have been having trouble signing in lately. After it acknowledges my finger print it freezes. I have to try 3 and 4 times to sign in. Grrr
Everytime i go and click on the banking app to see how much j have in my account it wont let me and it stopped working i think it needs another update
Never had any issues with the app and the bank is very responsive when I have any questions.
A good app, simple to navigate, it can be a little glitchy at times

love that I get instant balances and can transfer to savings and my personal loan thing so I don't have to go in.
Ive banked here for many years but if you move away from the magic valley area make sure to close you account. They will block your cards and wont help in any way to transfer money from another bank to theres.
Always have to delete the app and the install again and again to get it to open

Not very happy with this app put my user name and password and say can't validate my info ect this has been goin on for sometime know and call to get it fixed and nothing .pretty sad when I have to go to a atm to check my balance least I can relie on a atm . Just saying.
