Is the worst i have ever seen smh especially for a BANK where u keep your money. Cant ever get logged on to use. Probably leaks info. Why would a bank use something that is full of flaws. Am considering swithing banks even.
Since the update I can no longer use the app.
I dislike transactions are not real-time, and I would like to see more than a month's worth of transactions without pulling up statements. Not a real bad app but needs some updating.
Deposits take a long time to clear. Multiple times I've deposited on Friday afternoon and not had funds clear until Monday afternoon. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile deposit and slows business down when funds aren't available. Edit: turnaround time for deposits has improved, often deposits made in the morning are in by afternoon
Very easy to use.
Works well but I don't understand the need to enter your PW to do an internal transfer from savings to check or vice versa.
Can not make transfers to other banks Or account's. Does not update immediately, but other than that its pretty smooth

After the latest update this app has quit functioning altogether on my device. Apparently they know there's a problem with functionality on Android devices since I've called the Mercer branch and told them, but they still have not got it sorted out yet. Apparently the IT staff must use iPhones.
