Farmers FCU

I've had the app for years with no trouble, Got S22 Ultra in February and I could only get a blank screen for FIGFCU and a cpl other apps. I removed and reinstalled to no avail and finally just removed them all together. I downloaded FIGFCU again today and it works! Thanks for getting that fixed.

Meh. It looks like I have a regular balance and then I get my paycheck and it takes a large sum of it for a sudden negative balance. I can't fidn out anywhere where it shows I was negative. Now I'm negative and my card should have been declined earlier to prevent how negative it is. I removed the overcharge protection and still get overcharged. Not a big fan.

Please fix the app to work with the Galaxy S22 Ultra. The mobile app was so much easier to use than the online alternative. This will definitely impact customer NPS scores if not fixed soon.. Update: The app has been fixed to work with my phone now. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars.

Unfortunately I had to change my rating to a 1 because I just got the Samsung s22 Ultra and the app does not work on that phone. Mobile Banking was the only good thing about Farmers Credit Union

The app worked fine up until recently. Now i get an error message saying "attention, we've detected the use of automated click programs in combination with this app. The apps security policies do not allow automated click programs" I googled this, and recently this message has become a thing. Seems to be making false positive in fraud detection. One post mentioned plugins for tasker and autoinput. Those are used on phones as qol improvements and a workaround for them needs to be found

It's an okay, basic mobile banking app. I can view accounts an make check deposits. I frequently have issues trying to deposit government and insurance company issued checks because the app can't read the bank routing/account info on the bottom of the check. Apparently the computer type font does not read well on the app scanner. I cannot access activity reports for previous months. I am not able to get alerts when there is outside activity on my accounts, like EFT payments, etc.

The app was great, but in the end of May, I had an android system update and now the app crashes every time I try to open it. I was hoping for an update to the app to patch it, but 2 months later, still nothing. I can't check my balance in the mobile browser, either, since it directs me to the app.

App is working again for Android users . Yay! Love the convenience of this app.

Changed my review to 4 stars because recently I've been having issues with Zelle. When I click on the Zelle option, it takes me to s blank screen. It just stopped working all of a sudden. Besides that, the App works great.

UPDATE 3/5/22. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20Ultra and do NOT have any trouble. app is easy to use to make basic transactions. My favorite is the Holiday account. It makes the Holiday season less stressful and enjoyable. Are the funds always released on the first Friday of November? Also, are there any other savings accounts that function in the same way? Finally, my only suggestion would be to provide the ability to change the amounts of automatic scheduled transactions via the app.

My original post was February 17th it is now March 24th and there is still no ability for me to use this APP. Are there any plans to fix this? 6 weeks is absolutely long enough to undo what you did that broke it. I do not have a computer that will allow me to take pictures of checks to deposit since you don't have branches everywhere. It won't open anymore on LG. Looks like y'all have an issue since I'm not the only one with it failing to open suddenly

Love the app except when using mobile deposit. Often there is a problem reading the check. No indication given until I submit. Then it tells me couldn't read some part of one image. Must then retake both images. Usually 4 or more times until it finally accepts it. Everything else is wonderful.

Very basic mobile bank app. Did what it needed until about 2 months ago. The zelle feature stopped working and now I have to go onto the browser to send any money externally. Really annoying wish the developer would fix this issue

I really like this app. Usually it's pretty reliable but now and again it gives me error messages about not being able to verify my login credentials (I'm definitely putting my password in right) and also during some transfers between accounts.

There's a "Accept" button option to be selected in order for me to make changes to my account while using this feature. While the bank is aware option is not available, I still need to click on it. It was than further explained I would need to get online using the regular computer for the option to select on for me to use my phone. Whicj is also known to be not available. While the Tech Support member stated its a known defect, the bank wants to ensure they have better control over the accounts.

When the app is working, I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, every few days, when trying to load the app, I get a blank white screen and then the app crashes. Restarting my phone doesn't work, and the only way to resolve the issue is to re-download the app. Please correct this issue, it's not a good experience at all!!!

The new version of Bill pay isn't too my liking it's not compartmentalized properly and the new update is difficult to read in regards to bills and just in general. For some reason everyone is switching to a "smoother" looking view but it's actually much harder to read through.

Love the mobile deposit feature as well as transferring funds between accounts. The app could be better at not freezing when i try to log in. A message pops up stating to "contact the bank" or some "error occurred". Update *****been trying to log on and still get the same error.

I just AWESOME to have the app because there are times that you can just view or do it yourself without having to wait on hold!!!😊😊😊 I love the convenience of having the app, especially when I get something done on the weekend as well when no one is at the call center/credit union!!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Overall very happy with the app. It would be amazing if they had a notification setting for debit card usage, but otherwise a solid app, if rather basic.

When I download Zelle, it says it is integrated on the Farmers app. But when I go to make an external transfer, it says 'This functionality is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.' I am tired of writing checks to myself and wish there was a way to transfer funds to my other bank account digitally.

Doesn't open at all on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. When you click on the icon, it opens a white screen size window with a small Farmers icon image in the middle. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it back. Same.

Updated review: Deposit function STILL not recognizing that the check in endorsed. I had to use a black marker and scribble big circles for the stupid app to recognize a signature. You have to make the detection more sensitive. The online check deposit function is AWFUL! Takes me several times, unlike my other banking institution apps. Fix it!

Update 9/18/20: Have not heard back from Farmers since I wrote this review, downloaded and updated the 9/14/20 to see if maybe they had patched the problem. Nope, still can't access the App and it still thinks my phone is jailbroken... Original Review: The app worked well enough for the past year, but now I can't access the app because it thinks my Google Store bought Pixel 2 has been "rooted or jailbroken". Anyone else with a Pixel phone experiencing this?
