Banking apps need to be reliable. This app is glitchy. All I need to do is check my balance. When it opens, the log in screen is frozen and I have to restart my phone and re-open the app just to enter my credentials. When I select "instant balance" I get a message saying "an error has occured," so I entered my password (definitely entered correctly) and I get the same message. This app simply does not function.
This app is awesome! It makes banking so much easier.
New update is junk. Won't open even after reinstall.
I believe everyone that works for the developers is either dead or taken hostage. I've emailed them once a day with no replies. Update, this app will not work with my Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra. No matter how many times I try to open it or re install it all I get is a white screen with a tiny Farmers logo. I've emailed the developers to no avail. I may have to change banks because I use the app daily. Without it I might have to go back to PNC because I installed theirs and it works fine.
Good app but you only can deposit $5,000 a day into your accounts.
It's okay. It works. I like being able to get immediate notifications for transactions as I like to balance my checkbook continuously. I do not like that it logs you out of your account after just a few seconds of no activity. As I balance my checkbook, I go back and forth between this app and my checkbook app. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to find something and when I go back to this back app it has logged me out. I should be able to set my own time for this.

Updated it and now won't open. Can't use it at all
Could not get enrolled. Had a lady at the bank tell me to do it in my desktop and then I stall the app, but the same problem persists on my desktop. I even tried uninstalling the apple from my phone. I guess I'll be going through customer service # or making a trip to the bank.
App worked really well on my old phone but after getting a galaxy ultra 22 it gets stuck loading on a white screen. Once it gets optimized for the phone im sure it will be really good again until then its unusable.
very easy to use! easy access! really love the fact that the app keeps up with your balance regardless of pending charges that way you know what you have and dont over draft! the deposit feature were you take pictures of yu our checks from the leisure of your house or work place is very convenient and effective! highly recommend this app!
Finally nice to have a mobile app for my bank!! The only thing I don't care for is when your looking at your transactions lets say on your checking account, it doesn't give you a balance out besides each transaction like it does on the regular website but other than that it's great!!
We were using this app and now it doesn't work. We have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. When you click on it you get a blank white screen. Our account online shows device is active, but we can't use it. I've called to get help but they tell me nothing is wrong....
After the update I can't get it to open at all.
It was working great! But now it has stopped working. Everytime I open the app, I get a white screen and then it closes. Reinstalled. Same issue.
The app doesn't work. It won't load. I never know my account balance, my transaction history....I literally have to go to the ATM just to check my balance. 😠 😡
Awful. I can't get it to come up at all. I have uninstalled the app and re installed the app several times and still nothing.
Very easy to navigate, check accounts, transfer funds. Really like instant balance feature.
The app is easy to use and shows all accounts and loans. Sometimes the fingerprint recognition does not want to work
OK until it kept telling me I had an auto clicker one day, literally hadn't installed anything in a week and this notification starts popping up.
what's going on with the app? it says something about a violation and then it closes out on me
Being able to deposit my check with my phone was a life saver while on the road . Thank you all , seems to work pretty well .

Cannot get it to work. My debit card was stolen from someone in Texas the numbers and I am in Ohio. Not cool plus they charge you $8 a month for if you don't have over $600 or something
Not working acts like it wants to open then just closes out
I also have a samsung A10e model Sm-A--102U Android Version 11, Use to work great but now for some reason it will start up and then disappear, start it up again and does same thing.

I love this bank there the best bank in the world I banked with you for years and I have had no problems with this bank they help you anyway they can you guys are awesome. Lisa
This app plain sucks. Everytime I try to log in with my fingerprint or just the password it says it cannot validate my information. Then I have to go through the process of resetting my password just to get the app to log in again. Plain ridiculous. This app makes me want to switch banks honestly.
