Update! FSB got the app working and even notified me that the problem was resolved. So happy to have the app fixed. Thanks FSB!!-Got a new phone, (Samsung s22 ultra) and the app doesn't work. It won't open at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and restarted my phone. Never had a problem on my old phone.

UPDATE: the new version of Android apparently threw the app a few curves. The FSB team now has this app working on Android 11, and everything seems fine. Just upgraded to new phone with Android 11. App does not start. Worked fine on old phone so hoping this is fixed soon.

Update - FSB contacted me and explained what the issue is. Some file manager apps conflict with the FSB app. I uninstalled a file explorer app and now FSB app works. Original post - For the past few days I haven't been able to sign into the FSB mobile app. Keeps telling me "Application has violated security policies and will be shut down. (1839:9339) then closes the app. I really need the app to work so I can use it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, but makes no difference. Please get this fixed ASAP.

easy to use and very helpful now with finger print login. Still amazing and being able to use your biometrics is nice as well. You still have to use a password to make any changes which is comforting.

I was without it for a day and was completely lost.

Easy to check your balance, deposit checks, and make transfers! The app always notifies me when I made a purchase with my card!

Works great! Makes online banking even easier. I Love being able to make deposits, transfers and check transactions all from my phone.

Very slow to load and process. Tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, restarting WiFi, and closing open apps. Nothing helps.

So easy and fast! LIFE CHANGING! No more running to the bank every week. Staff are amazing and super friendly but convenience is so important.

Wish there was more control from the mobile app. Also think the mobile deposit picture area needs adjusted as some of my checks are in the area but then arent entirely in the resulting image

Sometimes the viewer zooms in and makes the picture blurry. Also, it tells me I haven't taken a picture when I already did. Thank you

Can not open app after Android update. A previous response to a review said it would be updated and fixed by October 3rd and still has not happened.

The biggest failure this app seems to have is it's time when you can't connect. Also......how come my FSB credit card can't be linked here?

Does what it says on the tin. Sometimes need to get the lighting just so for a mobile deposit picture, but it's worth the trouble.

Unable to download update and cant use app until i update. Other than this current issue i love the app makes online banking so convenient.

Called in to get instructions from bank. It was really easy and user friendly!!

Love the finger print login. Simple and secure, Sweet! Depositing checks on the app also a great time saver, thx FSB!

The mobile app works excellent for me. I moved away from Eastern Iowa but have been able to keep my accounts with FSB thanks to the mobile app

I use the app for mobile deposit (taking pictures of the front and back of the check and then deposit it in my account) it worked well.

i would like to be able to see all my withdrawals and deposits for any date on this app, it would make my life easier

It need more upgrade for 1 i like to see what was in my account before so i can determined if i get paid the right amount (if i can't collect my paid stub)

Easy to use as long as the site isn't down for maintenance

I have only had excellent service from this app and from Farmers State Bank!!! So glad I switched.l
