I can't even log in. I setup everything online like i was supposed to and when i log in with the ID and password I JUST CREATED it says wrong username/password and doesn't even display the right watermark picture.
After using another bank's app for Bill pay for a number of years, this app is not user friendly and cumbersome. I will use it though as I don't want to change banks and I like paying bills this way.

Very simple to use...but if you do have issues, just call the bank and their customer support staff will help you every step of the way. Gotta love the small town bank customer service with all the benefits and services of the bigger banks.

To do a mobile deposit you have to sign the back and "write for mobile deposit only." I did that and it did not accept my check. Now, going to the bank and asking them to deposit that check is going to be very difficult since it says "for mobile deposit only."
This is an excellent app. I've had no issues with it. Very pleased with the service I receive from FSB!
For a bank that advertises it strives to keep up with technology it really has no way of showing that. This app needs mobile deposit. And my biggest beef is that we need a notification in the app of when our password is going to expire. It shows on the desktop page, but I rarely use it. I use the mobile app for 99% of my banking and frankly I'm not happy with it. A way to update the password would be nice too.
It worked fabulous before a recent update now I can't even log in! Force closed every time. :( lg zip

I was really excited when i found out about the app. But would make it very nice if you wouldn't have to have online banking. I just want to know what my balances are.
Works pretty good, rarely have issues with it except I only ever check my account.

I love having this app. Thanks so much! The only thing that would make it better is if we could deposit checks by taking a picture and sending to you! I live 30 min from closest FSB it would make life soooooo much easier, and save money!

Love this app. I have done my banking right on my phone.
This app works well in my Motorola Droid X.
I like being able to do my banking whenever I want. Having access to my account 24/7/365 is wonderful. Within minutes of making a deposit it shows up online. When I use my debit card I get a text telling me how much I spent, where I spent it and when I spent it. Being able to set up balance checks by text daily helps me to not overdraft my account. All in all a very user friendly app.
