I believe your mobile app has been compromised. As many of the other reviews have stated, the app quit working. Just a white blank screen when trying to open. Furthermore I can't log into the online site either as if my info has been changed. Please remedy ASAP

This app wouldn't let me sign in at all at first, then they notified me that it's fixed, now it let me sign in but immediately after signing in it says (your session has expired and you will be taking back to log-in) I have android, I don't understand why you would fix something only partially???

Please revert to old version. App loads and says it violates security and will shut down. Nothing like a banking app that used to work and now doesnt

the app won't load up. it's just stuck on a white screen. fit it please. I have no other way of seeing my card balance.

With the recent patches, fixes, and updates, it works better than ever and no more getting locked out as seemed to be an issue when it first launched. Love the credit scoring and all the new features! The app is super practical and has a clean, easy to use look!

Fix your online banking app or you're going to lose half your customers. After every ' update' , the online app is unusable for days or weeks. Absolutely rediculous and unacceptable

Never answers the phone and once again the app won't open due to internal bug error. Tried to re-download and still won't open. Been with them since 2010. I think it's time for a change. So frustrated.

I have done as you asked, installed your latest version of your app, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK, I know my phone is up to date and your app used to work on it, every other app I have on my phone works, so it's not my phone it's definitely on your end, please get it right I would hate to have to switch Banks due to your stupid app

Constantly getting locked out of my account even though my login and password have not changed. Then i get an email from amazon prime that my payment would not process even though there is more than enough money in my account. And i cant get logged into my account once again from the app or through the website. Get it together farmers state. More than frustrated

App is not opening due to some bug that needs fixed by developer. Use this all the time and don't want to have to switch banks because of a faulty app. How long does it take?

The app used to work beautifully. However, the last few months it won't open "due to an error". I can open it on my computer but not my phone.

App just stopped working. I tried to open and it won't open. I tried to Uninstall and reinstall and still not working.

Great way to add deposit with out going out in bad weather. So easy. Website so easy to use for every thing you need to do. I love it.

After updating OS (Android 11), app will not open. Tried un- and reinstalling with no luck.

I used to actually enjoy the app when I could use it. Now I can't. It will not let me log in and the customer service is very sub par.

It was working great until about a month ago. Now when I open the app it won't leave the login screen and won't let me do anything.

I would like to have the Bill pay option from the mobile app.....other than that i really love the way the app works!

Can't figure out why it doesn't give me an app shortcut. I have to go into my settings to my apps or to Google play and log into it that way.

This app is a must have. It has a few features that are not exactly user friendly, but decent overall.
