I absolutely love app makes my life much easier always know what got in there. Balancing my checkbook was nightmare before. Plus can transfer money or deposit checks instantly. Love app!
I got a reply saying my phone isn't on its list of compatible devices. Um....thays odd, this app USED to work on my NEW phone and now it don't. I'm the only one that knows my phone model yet yall tell me my phone isn't on your list of devices. Tell me how it used to work on the app. Please tell me my phone model seeing how it's not on your list of compatible devices when I never told the model of my phone. If I could rate 0 I would. I can't update if None is available
I tried responding to my old review but it won't let me. I used this on my A02 for about a month before it stopped working. So like, that's why I'm so confused because it did work at one time on this model of phone.
Got this right after I made my first account 1 year ago. Convenient and easy to use. It's worth downloading for anyone that needs to watch there balance closely.

Have not been able to use the app since May 2018. It just crashes before opening. I was able prior to that, for a year or so. There was an update in May, and it worked once afterwards. I've submitted 2 reports through the app, and one via the e-mail address, but I have not received any confirmation that the feedback was even received by anyone at their end. Before it started crashing I would have given the app 5 stars.
After working kinks out started to enjoy using.
I would love if the app worked however I stopped working one day out of the blue on my phone. Since then I have had to go through online and it is such a hassle. We download apps for the convenience. This has been at least a month of my app not working even after uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone. Please work to fix this as I would love to be able to access my account. Card manager still works but this app does not and I find that confusing
