I don't normally rate anything in Playstore, but this app is terrible. I'm a new member of Farmers Bank. I followed prompts for making new login account and had to put in my account number to do this (completely normal). Logged in and it says I have no account with the bank. Called in and was recommended to log in through the Google or Safari browser rather than your app. The other low ratings are directly in line with this app being very poor and the bank is aware and doing nothing to fix it.
Very user friendly. All accounts in one place. Transferring between them is a breeze.
Customer service has been great... No problem with the app.
Been trying to do update for 2 days now. Can't get any bank info.....not good

Won't let me log on, all my information is correct. Worst bank for online services. Time to switch banks for one with better service.

I liked the app from before. This one has WAY too many bugs and has prevented me for almost two weeks to access my funds. Dislike, dislike, dislike!!!!!! My phone now isn't even showing that I have an account at all.
Too many bugs. Not as accurate as other online banking apps I have used.
Overall it's ok but needs work. Although it has a section for making payments there is no way of introducing payees. It's impossible to make payments to utilities if you can't add the accounts. So it's a major flaw and is why I gave this app only 2 stars. Bank 2 Bank tranfers go smoothly and it's pretty good at quick updates to debit withdrawls.
