FarmVille: Tropic Escape

This game has turned into a nightmare. Keeps shutting down every few seconds. Every time I make purchase it is messed up. I have played for a long time. Beware, when you reach 20 million it stops counting. When contacting player support you get a generic response with the same thing over and over. I am done with game. Would like a refund for unused gems.

After I updated in November 2021, my game has been out of whack. I get all "live" notifications, complete all updates on my regular data BUT when I click to play it loads up to 23% then continues to 100% only to read, "You're Offline...." This has really limited my gameplay since I can only play when connected to wifi. This is not a new problem as when I've Googled for a possible solution it seems players have had this issue since 2016. Troubleshooting is pointless b/c it doesn't fix anything.

3 months on and the glitches are even worse! Products disappear overnight; every time I log onto the game I have to switch off and start again to unfreeze the screen; screen freezes affect my chances to benefit from club boosts. I started to play this game to relax - nowadays playing this game is frustrating and nothing like relaxation. To add insult to injury my game was interrupted with yet another update order right in the middle of a timed task!!! Playrix : you need to re-evaluate NOW.

This game has alot of issues. Some of the quests require certain things and you make them then it doesn't show making them. It bounces back and forth on showing whether am on wifi. Am on wifi 24/7. You can make things and get them from the machines and it doesn't show you done it. I have done everything forcestop and also clear cache. Nothing works. Is so frustrating

Reinstalled the app was doing fine till I was switched over to my original game when I quit. My opinion is now worse once it connected to Facebook it started flashing like a strobe light I can't play my game on my phone. Restarted my phone to see if troubleshooting it would help the problem all I can say is the flashing went away but now my game is frozen just like it was last time. I'm not mad this time I'm sad time to uninstall it again 😔

Been playing consistently on and off. Had to start over from the beginning once due to the game froze. Something happened now lost where I was which was level 52 and lost all of it I am not happy with this outcome. Sent in help to resolve the issue but nothing from their side.

Before the recent update, the game was working fine. Now its frozen. I cant play really. I have also installed the game on my tablet. I havent played since last november. It keeps crashing before i can play. I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing.

The game asked me if i wanted to switch clubs. I did because my current club did not play. But i earned a lot on the cruise. And it says i switched clubs, Best of luck next time. Where is the stuff i won for my former club. Very unhappy. Should of explained about the consequences of leaving a club 😈 some things are unattainable unless you pay. I still like it but they are out to get $$$.

Been playing this since it was beta. Every time I get a new devise I have to start from scratch gggrrrrr! Would just like to have my original island back that I've spent a ton of money on. It tells me I need to download the latest game content but doesn't tell me how to do it ggggrrrr. Very heart broken because I love this game but sick of starting over.

Long term player, paid in quite a lot, too many side games at the same time are annoying, frustrated with ether section , every time you get close to achieving target it resets to zero, ether refill very slow, getting to stage of not wanting to play anymore. WAS such a good game.

I still dont rate it after deleting for a few months. 01/09/19 edited. And again 01/04/2022. They have done nothing to improve it. Still poor! Still set impossible challenges where you need make items using items from dives & incidentally the dives don't provide the items! Of course not. after all that's the purpose of it! Impossible challenges! So if you are thinking of playing it for relaxation.. don't bother. It's just frustration! And customer support is totally non-existent. Wasted time!

Installed yesterday after several months of no play. My game isn't connecting via facebook sign-in, shows level 5 instead of level 32. After several attempts of reinstallation, phone screen is stuck at 'checking for new content'. Also, haven't heard from support team yet !

LOVE the game. However, At times to get my daily rewards it often takes 7-8 hours for all/any of the addverts to load for me to recieve them,. This is VERY frustrating. IF not for this problem, I would give this game a 5 star!!!! Can you look into this and possibly fix this? STILL havibg the same issue with ads NOT loading, YOU WILL NOT RESPOND to this issue??????!!!!!....................... Today, so far, 2 ads have taken 14 hours.................. PLEASE show respect and answer

Started the game and then it suddenly started saying I was offline. I followed the directions from Zynga to uninstall and then reinstall (this is the last thing to try - I did all the other options first) the app. I did so and can't log back in because it still says I'm offline. So, I guess I'm not playing anymore.

I am new to the game and enjoy playing it .... but .... it is no longer allowing me to connect the the Google Play. It's says my game is already connected to another account (or something very close to that). I have tried the force stop, restarted my device, logged out of Google, etc. What do I need to do to get back to being connected through the game?

I love the game! There's no ads which are annoying! The only suggestion I would have is a place for questions when you get stuck on something. I have someone helping me when I get stuck but if I didn't have anyone to help me I would of already deleted the game.

I enjoy Tropic Escape and have returned after a year away from it. The game is fun but has its drawbacks. Upon return, the Global Market had a lot of basic supplies. Unfortunately, as time has gone on, fewer and fewer supplies become available - just like last time. Once again I have to make most of my supplies for the cruise ship visitors - I still get top points, though, which give me extra prizes. Old lines again crowd the market. This time I'm using the mermaid and will see if it helps.

I've read some other reviews and agree wholeheartedly. It takes a ridiculously long time to make many things and the deadlines are so short, you have almost no chance. A shortage of ether orders and only 2 days to get 68 points! And those stupid "boosts" that never work when I select them. I've updated and restarted multiple times. Other frustrations too numerous to mention.

Have played for years, but have got issues like never before. Today it wants me to upgrade as a requirement to play (I have already set it to automatically upgrade), but when I go to do that all it offers is Uninstaller or play. There is NO upgrade option. When I click play it goes back to the upgrade screen. There are issues with communication with buddies. I often have to totally close and then reopen the game to activate both mine and neighbors boosts. NOW, after posting it says UPDATE.

Well, I was at level 19 when the game began freezing upon launch. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but when I connect to Facebook, it doesn't restore my progress, despite the fact I had backed it up through Facebook before uninstalling. It keeps telling me to download the latest updates, but there's no indication of how to accomplish that. Play store is NOT showing an update at this time for the game and my phone software is up to date. So I guess I've wasted 2 months playing for nothing.

Fun game, until you reach level 16. The price of everything skyrockets. The timers are so long, it pushes the most patient over the edge. The amount of items required is ludicrous. You have to create 5 things just to make 1 thing. Uninstalling out of disappointment and rage. When the core aspect in development is greed. You've already failed before you've begun. The timers force less time on the game, which pushes the individual out completely. Biting the hand that feeds them.

I've been playing the game for about a year now. But since the last month or so, it keeps crashing then the report comes up saying it keeps closing. I un-installed and re-installed the game, but now I can't even get through the first part of the tutorial to start the game again. I figured I can re install, do the tutorial, then go into settings and get back to my original game, but I can't even get through the tutorial! Plead fix this glitch so I can continue to play the game!

It has the potential to be a great game, but atm I won't recommend anyone to start playing. It's beyond frustrating!! The enchanted grove creatures 99% of the time starts over just before you collected enough to get the creature. Boosts doesn't show, need to restart app so many times for it to show that you miss most of the boost. Chat the same. I'm in a wonderful beach club, but today decided I'll still help with cruises, but quitting playing everything else. Please fix these issues.

This game is awesome!! I love to play! I find myself playing everyday all day it's the only game I spend money on and only about $20 a month at that and I have a whole bunch of stuff! Once you get through the obnoxious stuff of the first levels the higher levels are so much more fun! I'm only at level 38 now but I'm loving it!! I accidentally deleted my whole game last week and I started a new one I'm at level 19 already! Is there a way to get back my original game?

Love the game but every time i reach level 9 and i try to open the game it keeps telling me to go online to get data asset of the game Which is really annoying I mean is there a certain level that will require me using my data to play ??? This is the third I'm installing the game because of that issue and i really love the game Pls if there's something I'm doing wrong let me know Or If the issue is from you guys pls fix it Thank you

Love this app! It refreshes itself - pretty cool! This is one of the bestest games from Farmville! Big, colorful graphics, fun activities. Adorable background. So alive, refreshing, and smart! Play slow, or fast. Low key! No stress. Now I have my own virtual Tropic Islan Escape!
