Trash app. Took my money. Now says CAN'T CONNECT TO SERVER. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have changed my password on the website. And both the app and the website still won't give me access. Can't do laundry now at my condo complex. This is a disaster.

This is a very cool idea! Although they could make it a little more clear on how it all works... (Took me about 15 mins to figure out how to get my free wash credit and then get it added to my machine) The QR code/reader would not work at all.

I feel like if they had an option for push notifications for when your machines are done, it would be such a better app. Getting my notifications through email when I check my emails every few hours don't really make sense. And if the developers were able to track how much time is left on the washers instead of just the dryers, that would be awesome. Other than that, the app is great!

There's a lot to like about the app and a lot to dislike. I've been trying to figure out how to add money to my account since the cash kiosk is locked up due to the office being closed for the pandemic. I don't see an option on the app. Now I'm associated with a location in Tennessee and I live in Pennsylvania. There's no option to reset so that's a bummer. I also can't tell the app what my credit card number is or allow it to attach to a card session so it can associate it with my account and get notifications. I saw push was in the works. I have yet to start a unit with a bar code. I would also like the ability to automatically start in the building I'm at and only go out to locations if I choose to. The little heart does nothing, it's a decoration. I doubt I will since it would be a real hassle to go to another building to do laundry. It would also be nice for it to auto-refresh status once in a while. You can manually do it but it doesn't seem to do it automatically. The good is that it is easy to use even if the features are lacking. It does notify you via email. It does show you a balance.

When I first installed the app it was working great. I just got a new phone and the machine activity display is askew. Showing every even numbered machine (102, 104, 106) and not the odd numbers. And some text superimposed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but didn't help. Cannot figure out how to correct. Any suggestions?

Doesn't work very good. Also not identifiable machines so it takes a while to figure out where the machine you are using is on the app

App does NOT have any functionality for loading funds to the loyalty account. App also completely fails when contacting customer support for help, issuing an "invalid email address" error when you click the submit button. Since there is no "email address" field on the form, that means the idiot that set up the application hadn't bothered to set an address up to receive the request for support. Way to go, scumbags... Just don't bother. The "loyalty rewards" aren't worth the hassle.

It seems sooooo sketchy. I don't want to today put my card info. If I accidently get my password wrong it shows a pop up that can't go away unless I restart the app. It won't show locations, and when I tap on add location it brings me to the coupon scanning. It's so under developed and I'd rather just go to the laundromat and sit there .

Got a few bugs, but other wise convenient. Would be better if all the features actually worked correctly.

This app and the facility are a total sham a scam and a lie they offer a promotion that when you download their app they give you $5 credit towards a free wash... Well I downloaded the app days ago never got any kind of credit no mention of it even in the app so big lies I would not do business with these people if the first thing they do is lie yuck I mean ish

App is convienent and saves you 10% which is super nice. Only gets a 3 star rating though because any time theres an error or an orange text bubble that pops up, you can't get rid of it unless you close out the app and resign in. That's super annoying. Please fix this problem and maybe the app would be better

This is one kludgy app. You can save yourself frustration and just use your card and add money to it at the kiosk or directly at machines. - Only shows one active machine even if you have multiple running. - Doesn't show dryers in use, only washers? - Notifications don't seem to reliably work. - Overall terrible interface.

Whenever you use quick start the app crashes after the information is sent to the dryer or washer so you have to restart the app just to get it to work. It's kind of difficult to navigate and could be much simpler than it is if the creator wasn't trying to be so complex.

I have the current version of this app downloaded and it looks nothing like this advertises. I have gone through every option displayed and i have no way to add balance to my account. I can only view locations, active machines, quickstart and enter a coupbe or loyalty code. Nowhere to view a coupon or purchase a code.

I appreciate the existence of the app but it needs some work. it doesn't maintain an actual clock-in the notifications don't work at least on my device for when the machine is done. I also have to close the app and then reopen it so it'll pull the times again from the machines that I have active. regardless I still get to be able to sit in my car and listen to music and have my heater/ AC on while I do my laundry and wait for them to be done.

This is like using a porcupine as a flotation device in a flash flood, better than nothing but not something you want to use. This app works sometimes. I'd rather not use it at all but I don't feel comfortable swiping my card into these dubious machines. This place might be the reason I start carrying cash again. Very disappointing. I wouldn't use it at all if I had a better, safer option.

Terrible, there's no way to add funds and no instructions. App is completely useless. They did add am "add value" feature, but it doesn't work. So I stand by the original review of this app being completely useless. I can swipe my card at the machine in 2 seconds, so why would I waste anymore time on this app.

Worthless app. There are no barcodes to scan and the app rejects all manual attempts to start a machine. The only thing the app actually does, is give a remaining balance on my card... Which is useless since none of the machines have card readers anymore. And, to add insult to injury, I have $19.25 on the card that I can't use. And no one is refunding.

Fairly decent app. However it made me sign back in and then I had no active machines. So pros and cons. Also it would be nice if the webpage was linked better with the app. Then maybe it wouldnt loss your active machines upon resign in.

Still no time select update to app. Still takes many starts to get to 49 minutes. Wants to just select 49 minutes button on app. Walk away easy App needs dryer time selection. Dryer times need to be added to the app. Not start. Start. Start. Start. Start. Start. Start. X 2 repeated until you have 49 minutes. Instead just Select 7. 14. 21. 28. 35. 42. 49. Time easy. Instead of start both on phone app and dryer to 14 times. Just simply select desired minutes once.

I have recently tried to add funds to my Fascard but I am unable to because the screen will not allow me to put my name in. I am only able to scroll up to start add my debit/credit card number. This is very frustrating and don't want to add funds through my local laundromat where I use the card. Help with this issue would be nice. Did not have this issue prior to recent update.

The page would not hold when scrolling down for the machines with higher numbers...all I did was uninstall and reinstall and it works fine! Have been using it successfully for over a year.

Completely useless. What's the point of an "Add Value" option if it doesn't work? The card is basically as useful as a paperweight. You literally cannot put money on the card. If you try, it just says it's encountered a problem. Might as well wash your close in the pool.

I wasn't alone in using a laundromat for the first time, everyone was helping each other. kinda confusing, especially using the app. i hate the $20 hold when i didnt spend but half. AND HOW DO I GET THIS LOYALTY CARD??? overall nice place, mostly good enviroment. no place for lost and found! i found a purse!

Well, i cant seem to load my account to get my $10 and the facility i used on D street and lancaster dr. In Salem, Oregon has 4 machines, all the same size, yet, one is $11.00, another is $9.50, and the other two are $8.25. Had already ran my debit card before realizing this. Thanks Eco. Not only did i not get my rewards, I got scammed!

UPDATE..incorrect location deleted. 4 stars cool app. now active dryers need to be fixed. they were showing up on app. at one time used it a couple of times to restart dryer.

I downloaded this app and never received a free wash so the app didn't help with much

I just downloaded this app, so I can keep track of all the machines I'm using. My only problem is that it doesn't keep track of the dryers, only the washers, which isn't really helpful.

I can't sign in, keeps telling me my Gmail is not found. I am so confused! Even Jose tried to help me from Eco Laundry on Lancaster by D street ,& he was so perplexed he said he couldn't figure it out. Is this a waste of my money & time! What is going on with your software system! I was a computer programmer for Les Schwab for years & I would never have such a faulty system. God, if you are capable, please fix or take this off your system. I do not want to waste my time anymore. Sincerely Carol
