Fashion Nova

App is wonky. It will close out on its own, with or without wifi. My favorites keep dissapearing. It says they are there but wont load the rest of the page. Out of stock is so frequent that you pay for an o.o.s item and they send you the wrong size. I tried updating the app and removing it but the problem still persists. Its just easier to use the actual website.

When am item is sold out the shop similar feature was very helpful. It no longer works. And sold out items are still show and the sort by size is not available so you have to item each one to find out your size is sold out. Very inconvenient and time consuming. But when you can get an item the clothes are always on point. PLEASE FIX THE SHOP SIMILAR FEATURE AND ADD SORT BY SIZE!

Thus is more for people struggling with app glitches. I found if you delete the app and re-download it, it works a lot better. I've never had to deal with customer service so I can't deny or verify the claims made about the disorganization and bad quality however regarding the clothing I've never had an issue with sizing (Note I always size up to make sure I have no issues)

The clothing is good quality, pricing is affordable, but the shipping is horrendous. Aside from it taking very long, the site shows your items as being stuck at ordered status even after you get them, so for more than a month you have no idea what's going on with shipment & their messaging is curt. After a while the site told me I had no account. It was very messy.

A nightmare! The shipping company they use lost my package.They needed me to contact the seller to inform! Well fashion nova does not have customer service only a generic help center and if your issue isn't one of the options they give then your out of luck! I also read they give store credit for refunds. if you try to search for there number you will get happy there is one! However this is short lived because all it does is tell you to use the helpline. Do a search on them! Bad reputation!

Well, I like the style of the clothes but here's the thing. It would be nice if the reviews allowed pictures. We are all aware of how the "perfect" ad pics shows fabric in an unrealistic light. Also, I want to see women in the outfits who are flawed. That way I can see how an outfit may bring out my best qualities or vice versa. Fact is... I love the clothes but would never buy without this feature. I'm sure curvy girls everywhere would agree

Customer service is terrible, no size option to filter by which I'm sure is what 90% of us use the filter for, it's glitchy and not a fan of the out of stock options still appearing during a search. I feel like a seperate tab would be more useful than scrolling through pages of out of stock items.

This app is not good. It's no better than having an online account. I have Uninstalled FN App until they make it better...that would look like higher discounts for app users than online shoppers, synchronized wish list and cart with same online account user. Often, the app restarts at random during checkout, which is annoying and discouraging; I give up on purchases when that happens. Include a gift card credit feature in the user account menu that displays available credits, do away with code.

I really enjoy fashion nova's prices & styles. I've ordered a few things so far & I like the quality of most materials that I've ordered, but some sizes run a smaller so I order a size up now 😒 because there's a COST to return items! which is ridiculous. I ordered a white suit for my wedding reception & it didn't fit so to return it was going to cost me $50 🤯

You can't filter by size so you will have to check each model and see if there's your size. The filtering is not granular it's very basic. I'm surprised being so popular how they don't invest in improving the app experience. The app is very slow and don't expect pictures with the feedback. Too bad because they have pretty things but wouldn't buy if I cannot see how it fits to real people and not just models and photoshop

So my first time ordering from fashion nova was weeks ago. I returned one item. After emailing them I still haven't received my store credit or a response. I also ha to pay for shipping again and lose the money I paid because they only offer store credit. SO WHERE IS MY REFUND?

This app needs a lot of work done. I had around 8 items in cart and I out of nowhere I had 4 and they kept disappearing and appearing lol. I never had a problem in my computer thou But the app and the website through phone is terrible. Logs me out every time and the check out is another problem.

I went to place my order and something is wrong with my account. The procced to check out button is not working. I cant even ask for help because all the questions are auto-generated. Very disappointed with this and never had any previous issues with Fashion Nova.

there are no size filters when looking through clothes... i think that's a necessity. tired of clicking on clothes that i like just to see its sold out in my size, or never even existed in my size 🤦‍♀️... i haven't found anything yet!!!

I cant seem to add to my wishlist. It always says error. But the app is nice. Easy to navigate and sort.

Their customers service is really bad I orders some items and they delivered them somewhere else and when I called to let them know that they delivered it somewhere else and they are doing it on purpose because it happened 2 times I don’t recommend fashion Nova

App and site Terrible in function. I've been trying to order stuff for three days now! the app logs me out, my cart randomly empty after add 60 items. Your app cart doesn't transfer to the window site. Windows site extremely slow connection even if I have excellent connection. When I try to add items it take extremely long time to load into the cart. The site also doesn't always load item into my cart. trying to see what's in my cart take extremely long. Removing items takes a long time!

I am a guy who is into fashion, I like FashionNova but they can do a lot better, orderers take a lot longer to ship than they say. They should enter the models height and body type as well as the size that they have one, cause the sizes are not always true, especially with tops. And they should have free returns if not, at least free exchanges.

I made a purchase with this app.. they sent me a delivery notice but I did not receive my package. When I contacted fashion nova they told me it's beyond their control and they suggested I should contact the courier service.

I was always scared to do online shopping friend of mine told me to try fashion nova and just got my first package that I ordered online and they are way over my expectations loving every single one gonna be buying more and more with this app! Thank you guys!

I don't do reviews often but they really need to get on their shipping. I ordered 4 items almost 3 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped yet. They were supposed to be here on the 16th now it says the 23rd. I was really looking forward to one of the outfits for a Christmas party but now have to order from a more reliable company that actually ships when they say they will. Disappointing.

Shipping was quick and easy but the quality was terrible. I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it looked nothing like the model photos. I hope they can accept my return because yeah im not ordering from them again.

Update the filter to make it like the website. I can't filter jeans by fit on the app. They have everything else except fit for what reason?

Love the clothes... the app is not so good... I can't seem to update my shipping info and change my number on the app... I dont know how to get on touch with anyone to assist me
