Their return policy doesn't ensure your money back to you. Though I liked the site and got orders on time but issue came when I had to return one shirt which I ordered. I sent all details and pic with big holes in shirt and they returned it. Best part is when I checked my money it never was returned back to me. I paid through mobikwik.So when I contacted fashionara they told contact Mobikwik... When I contacted Mobikwik...they told contact Fashionara and so on. This is more than a year old story now and the amount too was very less but it showed that still you can't have 100% faith on online shopping portals. Still a long way to go....
I ordered a peacock plumage hue fringe bag.I paid 2k for it and for 2k you will get good enough bags from decent brands. But the quality was so bad, the bag literally start peeling itself when I didn't even start using it. There is no product guarantee on this website. Don't buy from it. Sarojini market in Delhi will have better stuff than this site. Absolutely hate it. I downloaded the app to just write a review or else this app is just as useless. FASHIONARA IS THE JUDAS OF ONLINE SHOPPING SITES.
Customer support is always busy...they say they are going to contact us but so far never happened .Worst service ...I had word thrice with different person who gave me different reason to abort the call.. one of it was 'your voice is low'....my store credits were supposed to be utilized which by far never happened as their main page shows store credits however when you order it automatically becomes zero... Bcz of this m loosing my money without even shop...Worst ever experience...
I bought 1 item which i returned.... So i got credit points to use my money for any other purchase later.... Beware of this site they have a time limit and if nothing is bought in that time then they prefer to forfeit that amount... Nice strategy to earn money for free....bogus site

Not once but thrice I got product of wrong size, but these ppl don't exchange size too. Wasted a lot of moeny here. Will never ever shop from this site. Uninstalling.
If there was zero star, I would have gone for it. Its all coz of you guys' horrible customer support filled with bunch of people who try hard to sound professional and which takes ages to reach out to. I returned one product but never got the refund.

I ordered a Fashionara product through Yepme ( which they are telling they dont know anything about the product, they only market it!!!) and didnt receive any update on its delivery till now. I tried to contact their customer care and no one even care to pickup the call. Is this customer care just for name sake??? I request everyone. Please dont buy anything from Fashionara
