Not really sure what I think yet as this is the new app and it has only been a few days .. so take that into consideration if using this review .. Although it required me to set a new password, more complicated than my password for the previous version of the app, it has many features which look like outside vendors which would seem to allow more potential invasions of privacy than the previous.. I see that I need to educate myself more than ever, don't feel that it is easy to understand

This a great app, always very reliable in terms of never crashing on me. Nice to be able to make transfers and check balance without having to go to a branch. Great services from employees inside the bank and also great service from this app.

It's ok. Not the best ever but I'm glad the update has Zelle. It wouldn't let me update my address though or show me my actual account numbers. I do like the check e-deposit feature out has now. I'm on the fence. Definitely room for improvement.

Two factor authentication is occasionally needed and is not supported on the app, leading to an error. Only way to fix is to sign in using a web browser and returning to the app.

Edit to update: For some reason if I don't log into the app every few days, it won't let me on and says my password is wrong.

So easy to use and can basically conduct most of my banking needs directly though the app. I was a little hesitant at first but definitely exceeds my expectations.

Does not always work, when this is brought to the attention of the bank they just tell you to Uninstall and reinstall. This is the only way to do online banking with them. I also cannot use the online pay!

This App is ridiculous. I still can not log into my account even after .akinga trip to the credit union. I guess I will make another trip. 4th trip to the bank

It's good, it had log in troubles in the past, nothing terrible. Love the instant transfer feature

I use this app daily to check my accounts and transfer money between them. Never have any issues when it comes to this app.

Keeps crashing!!! Unable to Open!! Uninstalled and re-installed but still doesn't open.

I have tried like 20 times to login, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have never been able to login.

This app works well with my old smartphone but it refuse to open on my new Galaxy 13A 5G phone. Please answer us why.

This app is easy to use. Since the update the app is way better and I'm super excited about the new features the updated app has.

The app worked perfectly fine on my past 3 phone but just bought this new phone and it won't load anything

I always have problems with this app due to it always saying credentials are wrong it's such headache .

Haven't been able to log on for over a month. Was told at the bank that it had something to do with my phone updating.

Very unhappy right now! Credit Union updated their app and it is causing as lot of people alot of problems !

easy to use, instead of going to the atm ,just use fast credit apps.

IDK why but this app refuses to work on my phone...just stops. I have sent feedback but no response...

Recently changed to only showing 2 weeks history. Very annoying!

Lemoore Branch Customer service beyond the greatest...I love this local bank and I dont ever see myself going to another bank .. a special thank you to Rosemary (i believe that's her name)she has helped me so much and she always goes the extra mile to help me ...keep up the awesome customer service
