Fasting tracker that helps you stay on track when fasting.

To help you keep track of your fast, the app records when you started your fast, how long you have fasted and how long you have left if you have set a goal.

All completed fasts will be saved and can be accessed to help you get insight into your fasting habits and achievements.

Setting a goal is optional so if you wish to fast and let your body or mind tell you when to stop, your welcome to do so.

If you are looking to do a more structured fast, setting a goal can be a helpful option.
The goal can be set as a duration from the start of the fast or a specific time in the future.
This allows you to do popular IF (intermittent fasting) fasting/eating windows like
16:8, 18:6 or 20:4.
The goal duration isn't limited to a fixed number of days, so if you want to do a 36 hour fast or 40 day fast, you are free to do so.

Fantastic app! Allowing users to set their own goals and visually track progress with trophies really sets it apart, and makes it fun. Lots of stats, concise and easy to read. Perfect for short fasts! My one suggestion is allowing 48+ hour fasts to mark goals shorter than a day as complete. For example I set my daily fast goal to 18 hours. I just fasted from 8pm Tue to 8pm Thur, and Wed goal is left blank, as Challenges seem to only mark a Goal as complete for the day that you start your fast.
