Great product and it actually works! Previously I bought the Ivacy VPN and it doesn't work, keeps disconnecting me and the connection often drops. I can barely watch one tv show episode before being disconnected. I have no such issues with this app and everything runs 100%. I'll be using this for life if it doesn't change.
This is best vpn because it doesnt disconnect when you get a call. It is able to connect to almost any network. Now, the app will recognize I have paid for a year of service however it keep trying buy a new subscription. Please assist me in accessing all features I paid for.
I did the 1 week free trial but canceled due to no universal compatibility. Unfortunately amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and Google chat services do not work while using this app. I am not sure if this app specific but ill try out other vpn services to see.
Great app. Quick VPN setup. 10/10 would recommend. Just that, lower prices for annual plans would be helpful for the younger subscribers who don't have a lot of money yet :)
Good app, almost.. Using it for 2 years. Speed is good, well done Team. I have access to more number of servers on the mobile version of the app somehow.. On laptop, however, for the same app and the same subscription, that number reduces (accessible servers) drastically. Not sure if its a flaw or to our benefit. Can we do something about it? Nevertheless, number of countries / servers is way less.
It is very great and everything is good about it but I would like to suggest that in the free version upgrade the limit and we have to watch adds to get data or people with important work using the free version of the vpn will have to wait a day to get recharge
Seems very reliable. I'm happy it does not let you turn it on until there is an internet connection. Used to have to uninstall/re-install often.
Kaspersky has been a leader in security. From their call support, email, and their round-the-clock support against all threats. They have the fastest and most comprehensive response time. I am glad they give the VPN as the download to try with a limited daily amount. With SS7 protocol not secure for authentication because it's in clear-text, turning this on secures it. Keep on being the leader in security. I have always recommended your product and converted a 30 year user of Norton.
I'm a new subscriber of this product, very simple to use VPN, but I suspect there is a lack of protocols, VPN connection using corporate WiFi failed. VPN connection isn't an issue by my previous provider, ProtonVPN (Proton Technologies AG Schweiz)
I made the trial version of this app for testing and i cancelled the subscription before the 7 days of activation date. Its already expired in my google app and in my bank account the money got debited. Since its showing in my mobile, it's to expired, how they debited in my account. Pls clarify and return the detected amount back to my account.
Great overall VPN, much cheaper than most others. I thought I would have access to the premium password manager too but the price is quite good even considering the fact that I don't get the extra features. I would highly recommend them.
This app is great. The beauty of the user interface, speed, security. The only drawback of this app is the lack of shortcuts in the notification bar for faster connection.
When I am connected to VPN, the speed goes away and never comes back. The speed always fluctuates and even dies. They can't run well for even 5 minutes. They are sitting on the paid server again, hahaa it is joke. Other vpn free server is better then this vpn. Honestly review from my experience. I don’t recommend it rubbish
Whit this VPN application, the free version I cannot access my website site. I'm the owner and is hosted by me onto my computer with a DNS offered by my ISP, or any other websites who are on HTTP protocols. And about the prices I think is to high for the premium version. Are a lot of free VPN services around the world who really works fine.
Pretty happy in general with Kaspersky's products. The VPN however kept disconnecting when I switched in-between apps on a daily basis. I switched over to Express VPN and have not had one issues
In my opinion, this is the best antivirus software. Can be linked with other devices (computer, phones, tablets). Especially good for Android and PC. While I am currently utilizing the free version; the cost is not high at all compared to other antivirus softwares out there. Offers a VPN (virtual private network) and scanning feature which I appreciate for Android phone and my PC. Definitely budget friendly and worth purchasing if you want, too.
About to ask for a refund. Third time today I have had to turn it on. Nothing like spending time searching only to realize vpn turns itself off. Spotty protection is no protection
Easy to use interface, but doesn't quite do what i was looking for in a VPN. Keeps everything secure and encrypted and anonymous of course, it works great and is easy to use for that. I travel around the world constantly for work, and was looking for a way to access video content on Netflix, Hulu, Prime while in other countries. I thought the virtual server function would accomplish that if set to the US but their filters still detect it as not in the correct region to view.
When I first purchased it, it worked great. I was on a trip in Europe and the connection was stellar. After coming back to Vancouver, Canada, connecting to VPN prevents me from accessing the internet. Every app that requires connection stops working. I suspect the Canadian server isn't as great? Though that shouldn't be a reason for it to happen when the users pay for the service. If any one can help me out with this and make sure things work as advertised I'm happy to change the rating back to five stars as I've always used Kaspersky products on my PC and they were great.
It's good. Stable. 2 things I'm not happy with is when it gets stuck while disconecting-connecting while transitioning between networks,I literally have to go to settings and force stop it so it works again. The other is the subscription; I was on the seven day free trial+monthly subscription and since I liked it, decided to go for the yearly subscription. I thought I did the change however the info I have is that it was cancelled completely and don't see the option to buy anything else! ??
When it works, it works. When it doesn't, you have to force it to stop. And this happens practically every time my phone switches from one internet source to another (like leaving the range of my home WiFi, and my phone switching to mobile data). So half the time my phone isn't connected to any data! Safe, I guess, but it renders my data dependent apps useless. I hope that Kaspersky support are responsive again, as they sorted out my previous problem, but this is really not good.
I'm very pleased with the app, but I wish that the rules for when it turns on could be less intrusive. It's quite annoying to have to interact with the app whenever visiting a new website. Something I would find very useful is the option to have the VPN run automatically on specified (or unknown) WiFi networks - but tirn itself OFF (another missing feature) otherwise.
This is supposed to be fast but it obviously slows down browsing, anything containing images, etc. This makes sense since it requires encryption on the PC or laptop and decription on the remote server and the reverse for downloads. This is easy to see since the app makes it dirt simple to turn this on and off. I went with Kaspersky because I like and respect them and it features one stop shopping for everything involving security.
Works pretty well. It might slow some apps on the phone at times though. It has some features like being able to password protect some apps beyond the password you would use for your main screen on the phone itself. It also has other features like being able to locate your phone, remotely lock your phone, take a "mugshot" picture etc. I don't know how well it protects phones since I don't know how to test it. I does the ability to use VPN for your phone so that's useful. All in all it seems okay
Not really what I expected plus now it's not very useful to me since Netflix don't allow it anymore, but it is still a good app and it does the job. The only problems I have is the loading time and the fact that I can't chose what apps I don't want the VPN on... I have to do it manually and it blocks me everytime I open those apps...
