FASTag - Buy, Recharge & Get Help 2020

Extremely complicated and not user friendly. Already installed the app. For recharge when I enter the telephone number as prompted,it says number already registered. Do you want to add another vehicle , on NO, it goes back., to previous. Wretched and annoying. Can't understand why it can't be made simpler.

Bloody thing is overrun with ads that you can't even skip. I thought this was the official app of FASTag. Though once the ads are over this is relatively easy to use, the ads make it a horrible experience to use it to do recharges. It simply redirects the user to the bank website to login and make payments, you can't just recharge using the app. It is basically an ad fest to use a bookmark

It works like a their party app. I don't even think it is coupled with the fastag authority. It gives generic information and for anything it takes us to the bank website which we can do ourselves on a web browser. The app is filled with ads or rather the app is only for ads and nothing else. Please don't download it I don't even know if the app is gather our personal information.

Very good app. The installation was smooth, and i could easily recharge my account from UPI. Only glitch was it never gave any indication of the account having been recharged. However i could confirm it at the toll when my account got debited.

This app is of no use at all (atleast to me) if I want to recharge, I have to go to website. Same for checking balance. Absolutely useless. Don't know what's the point of this app. There's no place to put your wallet ID and personalize it.

Ads all-over. Such a shame. You need fastag to pay at tolls on roads this app is supposed to allow you reacharge, check balance, deductions and some customer support. But this app is full of ads and ads only. Why do wanna make money from an app for customer convenience.

Maintain professionalism. Why depend on Ads, why killing everyone's time. Be specific, be simple. Why redirecting user to Web portals, can't it be integrated within app? With current technologies in market, I think the app needs more skilled architects, designers and developers to improvise it. Hope it gets to that place one day. Think of becoming a global customer, the thoughts will increase and app becomes better

Feels like a college project..poor UI , too many ads. Poor color scheme. Could not find option to email receipts.

To activate, scan not working. Photo upload is not working. Only one thing is working seamlessly which is ads. Very good app, everyone should experience this app

Not at all user friendly. Doesn't navigate to the proper place. Has some stupid ad prompting for download which is in no way connected to this.

Non descriptive menus and options and bad features. Such a pain for a new user to recharge. Way too many advertisements.

Stuck. Hung. I am still stuck on the landing page of the app.Unable to start or explore it. just similar to the my RFID and and whole fastag system.

For any option you select, there is an advertisement. This is very bad. It does not have the required features and says coming soon.

Very very irritating app, every click is generating an advertisement and we have to go through the torture. Never suggest such an irritating app to anyone.

This is seriously some messed up App. All the buttons you click will re direct you to a sponsored ad pages... And constantly make you watch Atleast 5 mins of Ad before you can do what ever it that u installed this horrible app for

Please stop developing apps like this ! Absolutely no information . All I want to do is to recharge the fast tag which this app was not able to do. Only lots of pop up ads . Very bad ...

Hopeless fastag service. It is blacklisted automatically without any reason. It just a drama. I had balance of 1600 but shows no balance , Blacklisted. Worst customer care experience. Hopeless irresponsible people.

Donno for what purpose this app was developed. Annoying ads and not user friendly. Not able to recharge my fastag as it asks to register for new vehicle or says the number is already registered.

Very poor experience. No mail I'd provided for customer complaints. Related bank phone nobody is picking up. It is second time my account over charged, but no remedy available.

Worst app ever. Hardly opens....even after 100th attempt IF it does, it directs to to "buy new tag" when you click on recharge tag. Totally useless and waste of time.

My Fastag needs a very important feature of viewing of all the tolls paid and also remaining balance...even if the tag is bought from partner banks. Kindly provide an interface for the same and also provision of recharging from other popular wallets on this app. Thank you

Pathetic! Let me finish what this page is intended for. Don't insist to obey your dictum. To complete the fastag mess, you don't need my photos nor files nor phone contacts and definitely not 5 friends.

This is reliable apps for the fastag. The agent is very much helpful all the time. They are under huge pressure now, so just tell them what you did, and they will do the rest.. Good luck.

Too many ads hampering the experience every step of the way even before the login page is loaded! Why would a service company, that gets money from ppl for its services, need revenue from advertisements?

Very poor support from customer care helpline, they are not enough knowledge to guide people which I feel , they are following the process steps and they are not strong in technical to help users and my suggestion is listen to users first to proceed further

BEWARE OF THIS Fake app. Only has links to different banks websites that too are sometimes not loading. . This is not Govt's app. It has a hell lot of ads that pay the developer. . Cheap idea to make money. . Dont download. I am reporting this app.

Kindly pay attention from the devoleper side. Regarding some bugs i have sent an e-mail. But it had returned due to address not found error.
