Wow, what everyone has said is true. It won't let you past, first the accepting of putting data on your phone, which I've never seen asked the way they did, but then the social media aspect. UNINSTALL.
app won't let me order a ride. the only options are to rate on Facebook or Twitter
trash app is broken. doesn't work anymore
if fasten back to Boston will be number 1. the drivers get sick from other sheareride company's.

I couldn't even sign in! All it says is that my phone number is invalid. Nope, it is correct and your app is invalid!
Won't let me past the share on social media part. Ridiculous.
I like that Fasten wants to treat drivers well, but the app is unusable, and it seems like each revision is worse than the last. They've now added a widget to evangelise on social media, but removed the ability to set a destination.
App won't allow me to remove my credit cards!

Why is it always a struggle just to REQUEST a ride
Downloaded and tried to request a ride but stuck on a screen where I cannot proceed unless I share on facebook or twitter. Uninstalled.
Bad service, bad customer service because nobody contacts you EVER when you send them an email and one day you have service and then the next day it doesn't let you request a ride.
I can't order a ride because I don't have social media. ..and unless I share their stupid message I can't. Guess I'm going back to Uber and Lyft
Lots of bugs
This app did not work for me today in Boston Logan Airport. All it does is asking to share it on fb or Twitter. I spent 5 min trying to enter my destination, but no luck. Opened uber, and in 5 min I am riding... Too bad cause I used this app and it worked well for me before :(
IT works and is as smooth as other apps. However not as many drivers are always available, but to save some cash i dont mind a bit longer wait at times.
Best ridesharing app in the Austin area!
For a small budget company they need some improvement of their app. There are some flaws which needed to be fixed. I read some of the negative reviews and almost all negative reviews base on price are false .. either these people are incompetent or they are from competitors such as taxi drivers or Uber/lyft employees Uber well known for bashing its competitor anyway. Base price are pretty much same with Uber/Lyft but actual price way cheaper than Uber for sure. Drivers are same drivers of uber/Lyft. They are not available at Logan airport they should be.. Other thing they don't do any marketing at all
Fasten give you a price range to be charge and every time I get overcharge with little to no traffic.
I like the ethics of most of the fare going to the driver. Other than mostly the same as the competition. Why not use it instead?
Don't like the ad notifications I can't turn off. Will be uninstalling right after this review is posted. Fix that and I'll come back.
I took my 1st ride with this app. I had an 18-21$ estimate for the ride. My ride came out to be $47 with no traffic or delays. I'll stick to lyft, at least ill know exactly what ill be paying before I ride.
Awful. Can't get verification code because extra - mark is showing between last 4 digits. Shouldn't have to enter social media info to get started. Don't see how getting a ride would have any connection to Facebook or whatever "ok" is. Can't start=can't use. Using lyft instead
I'm only trying to create an account and it refuses to acknowledge that my phone is American and rather assumes I'm European, even when I use Facebook to sign in. There is also no way to reach help in the app. This rating will stay this way until I have been given help and my account is functional.
