This app doesn't care about its users. As a busy professional, I like the idea that such apps help me get things like delivery and pickups done so I can get on with my busy meetings at work. But this App has been disappointingly irresponsible. One of its "freelancers" accepted my delivery order at 3.30pm, and then somehow decided to cancel it and didn't even have the courtesy to call me to alert me about it. In the end of my busy day, I only realised at 6pm the pickup has never been fulfilled. For nearly 3 hours, I could have found an alternative if they'd only informed me so. When I called up Codigo its app agency to find out more, the person on the line gave a very blah response, as though the company can't be bothered. This App has no accountability at all.
Not as seamless as Uber yet but I believe it will get there. I sent a small parcel but was charged $14 + $3 (peak hour). I thought it was quite expensive considering the distance of the recipient's place is within 3km distance from where I am. My parcel measured 33cm by 27cm by 13cm, weighing 3kg. It's considered large?
Ur app claims that driver is 7 mins away but according to Google maps, driver is more than 15 mins away. That's a gross misinterpretation and estimation. đ
Too expensive! There's more economical delivery apps out there. I was almost going to be charged $17 for a palm size parcel which weighed 500g. Luckily another app would deliver my parcel for only $7 đ

The price is astronomical. Use the app Uparcel. Extremely cheap delivery. $7 for a 3kg parcel to any part of Singapore.
