Fantastic app. Excellent support team. I am competent with these tools but had a lot of questions. The group of professionals I worked with on my questions are second to none and I am picky. Do yourself a favor and use this app if you need a feature rich user friendly tool for your inspection needs.

I really like this app. We are using it for the business I'm working in. What I would like to see though is once you fill out the form and submit it that you have a chance to edit the form after if you forgot something or made a mistake. That would be really awesome.

One small feature I'd like to see is instead of creating a new folder for each submitted form with all the media, add a photos folder that these go into so that the entire folder can be selected to backup with Google Photos. Right now the only way to do it is by backing up each form's folder one by one. Additionally, the only way to delete the photos off your device is by using a file browser to find the folders and delete them which is not user-friendly.

cumbersome, still waiting to hear back from company about questions. The barcode scanner is horrible, while my phone's built in camera app has a much better, and more accurate scanner. Unable to focus or change lenses makes the barcode scanner even more difficult to use

Not impressed yet, the mobile app on your phone does not sync with the computer online version. You must login to both so why shouldn't both share the same information. The computer version does not seem to have a save feature once you exit out of it. Or at least mine is not so you must complete your tasks or keep it open till you do. Taking a very long time to load photos, and no it is not my internet connection per Geek Squad. I Have used better apps.

Easy to use...clean interface...awesome

This app makes it possible for our service company to use our phones in the field to record customer account information and gives our techs access to account history including photos. It has been an invaluable new tool for us and the support has been fantastic helping us convert from old NCR mulitpart forms to digital on line system.

It doesn't explain why it needs full access do your files your camera and your audio. Requires way too many permissions to be trustworthy! Edit - It would be nice if it only asked for those permissions if/when the form actually needs to use those. I will be using the paper form my employer offers, rather than give superfluous rights to my device.

Was good before the last update. Now the barcode scanner will flip from portrait to landscape every time I turn the phone. Some Vin plates are horizontal and scanner will flip back and forth. Please fix asap, I use this app daily.

Wonderful program, great support. It's easy to use and quite addicting. Once you start building forms, you find yourself incorporating it in ways you had not previous thought of.

we've been loving this app in our office since we started using it this past summer. It has totally streamlined our field visit and reduced our time both in the field and in the office for post processing. However, I recently had to download and use on an Android device (rather than the IPhone we've been using) and it doesn't allow for negative number input in the fields where we need it. Since this is a critical part of our process, this user will not be able to utilize the app.

Since you decided to put that red line and vingnete around the bar code scanner , my tablet camera cant pick up barcodes anymore, i have to put mine in manually and that is very time consuming. Fix this please.

Was working okay until phone updated to Android 10, now doesn't show bottom options to move to next page in a form (?) Update - revision means the above is now fixed, well done and thanks!

I love using it. very friendly and fast. Imputing data while doing field is a breeze now. Its so reliable and accurate.

Oh dear!! Deletes jobs to easy. Slow to upload. Not easy to find jobs once submitted. Does not talk with other jobs submitted on other devices. Nightmare!

The app always stores a copy of your signature in the photos folder. Not a very good idea if you ask me. Puts me off using it. 😞

Latest version crashes on Note 9 after taking first photograph. Useless. Even the previous version was shoddy and a real battery hog. Avoid!

Amazing functionality, wonderful support, exceptional price. There is literally nothing I would change.

Doesn't sync across devices? Logged into same account, one my Android phone and my Android tablet. But can only work from the Device that you started on, I'd like to start on one device and continue on another.

Terrible. Takes far to long looking up the data. Sometimes 20 minutes. Very cluttered when closing off multiple jobs on one work card.

Hi can somebody please explain as to why on fast field. Go to take a photo camera is always on selfies. , cannot take picture of subject. Checked all camera settings all ok

Dont like it at all. Needs login and internet connection. Forms can be built using web app only. Design is also ugly. also it wants too many permissions. Uninstalling

I use this app for work a lot, And I can definitely say it's improved quite a bit since I first started using it. Relatively easy to use and navigate now. Keep up the good work.

Really dont know where to begin explaining the negative issues regarding this service. Gocanvas seems superior and more user friendly, however I suppose this is cheaper for the company that I work for so here we are.

Very slow on note 9. Pls release new update. Everytime I open the app it keeps loading and loading and loading.

Program is buggy and support is generally not helpful. At first I was very excited to use this as it made making and implementing forms so easy but have overall been disappointed using this program.
