I started using the app last year but I installed it on a kindle. Starting again this year with the app on my phone. Great app. Motivating, simple to use, notifies you to start /stop fasting, water count. Pleased enough to move onto the paid for version. I'm combining with a food diary and I've already noticed increased energy, better sleep and hot flushes are far fewer and much less intense. ** EDIT** Run the app on one device only. I've lost data because I was running on two devices and they don't sync. Waiting a week for the team to correct the data missing.

Nice app. Ads are not intrusive and the paid section doesn't dominate the app as in others. However the edit data screen for water and weight are mislabeled and/or don't work well (you can't edit, only delete. If you delete water, you can't re-create). There are no notifications for drinking water. I wouldn't mind having an option for a persistent notification; the app takes a fairly long time to start, which is annoying for an app that should be accessed multiple times a day.

Good in theory but full of bugs - contradictory notifications sent too often. it is impossible to submit a ticket because the page doesn't actually work. Overall it is a functioning timer anything beyond that is an unfortunate failure. When you cannot even submit a ticket for help because the page does not work, there is no choice but doing it here. Since the timer works, I will stick with it but I would never pay for plus and getting any actual help is impossible.

The app has an option to connect to google fit to gather information about the amount of steps, which is great in theory, but in reality, it doesn't work. Out of the 11-15k steps I do every day fastic saves only about 3k and prompts me to do more (which it doesn't even count) Other than that, it's a great app and the lifestyle made me a lot healthier but this is a thing I cannot simply ignore.

Fastic really is a well-done app guys, even in the free version. Intermittent fasting is largely based on the discipline and commitment you want to bring, but Fastic makes that so much easier with timers, educational tid bits, and incentives to earn points and days off. If you want to intermittent fast, this is it.

Not impressed. I paid for the premium app believing that I would get a ton of recipes, ideas and encouragement. There are a few recipes listed but there are no nutritional facts with them, only calories. There are also zero suggestions on what to do when you're struggling. I haven't found any encouragement with the app either. It was definitely not worth upgrading to premium.

Update: 5/16/22 I have sent more e-mails and am still waiting on a response. The app was great until I wanted to cancel my subscription. Still got charged the $79 premium after canceling through Google Play (which is how the app instructs you ro cancel). I emailed the developers multiple times asking for a refund and still no response. Soured my experience greatly.

I'm delighted with the Fasting app! it's fun and flexible. The articles are well written, interesting, enlightening and useful! I enjoy checking in on this app several times a day to record my liquids and to read for a minute or two. This is a terrific app for anyone who is using intermittent fasting as a lifestyle choice.

I'm impressed, however the 24 hour clock doesn't seem to save as I chose it in the setup and it now has reverted back to a 12 hour clock without any way to change as far as I can see in the settings. Sadly this is quite an annoyance I find as I use the 24 hour format in my day to day. Edit after 5 days: An annoyance I have is the fact that you HAVE to choose a start and end time, instead of being able to start whenever should something come in the way, the countdown is very confusing.

Love the UI and overall layout. Very clean and beautiful visuals. A simple widget to show the time left in the fasting would be so helpful. The app "Zero" has a nice widget. Something similar would be great. Need to open the app every time to check on how much longer the fasting lasts, which could be easily seen on a widget. Please add one.

Was a simple, effective app. No need to get the paid for version unless a 'completist' (it's basically a countdown timer anyway, you could use an alarm clock LOL). Unfortunately the latest update has unnecessarily complicated things with a bizarre new interface that is more difficult to use quickly than previously. No idea why they changed it.

The notifications are all over the place and sometimes misleading. For example, the app tells me "not to forget to start my fast" even though I *am* fasting at that very moment. It's like the app doesn't really use the information it has. It throws those notifications out there even if they don't make sense. I think it's pretty annoying.

New update is annoying. I can no longer easily edit the start time of the fast. The little "pencil" that was next to the start time is gone!!! Now I have to go into "edit fasts" to edit the start time. This is really annoying because the feature used to be there and it was easy to edit the start time. Now I have to take extra steps. Put that feature back!! Also since the recent update I get more buggy notifications telling me to not forget to start my fast etc, but I haven't forgotten.

Loved this app but the update is awful and so is scoring 1 star from a previous 5 stars! Old review: Really helpful and motivating. I'd plateaued for 2 months despite calorie counting. The fasting seems to have made a difference and it's encouraged me not to eat anything (snacks etc) after my last main meal of the day as the earlier I start my fast, the easier it is the following day. Also the regular reminders to drink water are very helpful!

I only got to the abo model and couldn't find the option to continue with the basic plan. I don't mind abos in general, I'm just fed up with false advertisement. If the shortest period you offer is one month, but the price tag only shows the cost for a week then the price is a straight out lie.

Although I have been using it daily for the past two weeks my previous fasts aren't showing on the Fast tab, the visual is empty except for the use of a frosty one time. My fasts are listed in History, so I know the app recorded them. Due to this bug I knocked off a star. Otherwise it's a neat app.

I liked this app on first set up. Looked simple and unfounded and it seemed the free version was operable. Until i couldn't figure out how to do something as easy as log my water intake. I have pressed every option, looked through settings and FAQs. I even googled it but the youtube examples interface looked different than mine. Even if im just stupid and missed it, this app is not for me i guess

It lost my information twice! After so many days of fasting and inserting my information every single day! It has a good UI and nice concept, but it's very disappointing when you fast for more than 100 days and for no reason you loose your strikes flames because the application doesn't work!

no big problem after using it more than 9000 fasting hrs. today, it keeps saying "welcome back". my last 3 days fasting data has gone. everytime i tried to add the missing data, it shows "welcome back" dialog. idk what happen, maybe bug in this release. i tried restarting my phone but this problem persist. I'll update the review accordingly when this issue fixed. i do however can add fasting data manually and it seems to avoid "welcome back" dialog issue.

Fastic App is the real difference maker , no fooling around !! I lost 8.6 kg in 50 days (15:9) plan. Target was 10 kg in 60 days set on April 4 th so I am almost there but hey it's not going to stop there !! This is the best Intermittent Fasting app out there. I like the way this app is organized with different things to read while you are fasting. I have wanted to quit, but, because I read about the different stages of fasting, I didn't quit. I paid for 3 months of the premium. I have fasted for 10 days and I have lost 5lbs. I am doing the 16:8 during the week and 12:12 on the weekends.There is one change I would luke to see in the app: the ability to do a different fast on weekends or days.
