Fasting Time

It is recommended that you keep your fasting for at least 16 hours up to 24 hours, based on the time of the last meal of the day.

The fastest time tells you how fast you are staying, and alerts you at set times.
And you can see my eating habits with my fast food record and graph.

It is very important how and when to eat as much as what you eat.

Find diet and health with fasting times to help with intermittent fasting.

(How to use)
1. After eating at the set time, run an hourly timer.
2. Set the alarm for the next meal time.
3. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep until next meal.
4. At the appointed time, end the timer and eat delicious.
5. Run the timer again.

About 16 hours after the last meal, the body begins to use fat.

Set the desired time, eat within that time, and start an hourly timer.
For example, if you eat lunch on weekdays (12 o'clock) and evening (18 o'clock) and fast until the next day, you will fast for 18 hours.
If you eat one more meal a day, you will be fasted for 24 hours.

In addition, you can check your hunger retention time history.
Time lists and graphs can be used to ensure that you are managing your mealtime well.

Im in love-hate relationship with the app... I like its simplicity, but it does lack of notification there coud be some modifications done e.g. 1. I wanna manually add to be reminded 1 hr before my fast starts, and wanna be able to place reminder for end of my fast (somehow works) 2. I miss Countdown when to start next fast 3. Being able to manually set my next fasting time If the app would improve on those features i would give it 5 star rating.

Why can't I log previous fasts? Why can I only fast for 24hrs? When these problems are resolved I will give this app 5 stars. The picture of the man in the corner of the screen is weird and creepy.

This is not what I want in a fasting app. It won't let me set a last meal time and continuously tells me it can't be the current time when it's two hours after the current time. It might work better for others but it didn't for me. I will be uninstalling after I write this. Sorry to be so negative of this app, unfortunately it just doesn't work.

Love the app! Also, the developer behind it is very responsive to feedback which is greatly appreciated. // OLD REVIEW: One thing missing though: the ability to set the end of fasting time manually. It happens so that I forget to tap the "stop" button when I break the fast, and then I remember when I'm ready to start fasting again.
